So lucky I feel absolutely lucky to have found Dr. Mair to treat my hypoglycemia. For years I was told by doctor after doctor they could not help me. Then I met Dr Mair. He immediately knew what it was and gave me choices of different treatment options. Together we decided a plan of action. He quickly responds to my messages when I reach out with questions or concerns. I absolutely recommend him!

Dr.Mair is truly a genuine human being who has been my doctor for 2 years I believe and I have never been happier with someone who is knowledgeable about multiple aspects of someone’s health and he really wants to help me help myself! You have to be willing to risk NO SUGAR lol

If you are someone that cares about top level patient care from a staff this is not your location if you are looking. The Dr came highly recommended but has one of the most unprofessional and lazy staff, from the “ghetto” ways of answering a doctors phone (multiple times) to the lack of their care in a patient doing their own diligence shows me how I would be handled during my time with them, no thank you, I pulled my referral. I miss the days when staff cared about helping the patients as much as the nurses and doctors. For me to call and check on the process of me establishing my first appointment I get greeted with “Have we called you yet” in the most unprofessional manner (ghetto/trashy) from multiple staff members. If the doctor needs over a month to look at a referral maybe he’s TOO BUSY and shouldn’t be taken on referrals. To have anyone wait over a month to even know if they are going to get an appt is crazy and shows a lack of patient care and compassion. Communication is key. This is my experience… take it as you will. This office received my information on Feb11th… my review seems similar to others that have dealt with this office waiting on their thyroid referral to get “a call back” like we’re auditioning for a spot. Extremely disappointing experience.

I am truly grateful for my visit with Dr. Mair. He took the time to thoroughly review my medical history prior to my appointment. He also spent ample time to explain everything with great clarity and expertise. His professionalism and compassion are rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Mair to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and attentive endocrinologist. Additionally, the front office staff was always kind and helpful, making the entire experience pleasant.

Dr. Mair is a top notch Endocrinologist and I would recommend him to anyone, He's hard to get in due to being a popular Doc but if you do he will fix you diabetes.

Love Dr. Mair!!! Love Debbie his nurse!! Front office staff are efficient and quick. Warm and fuzzy-no. But I'm not there to see them. They check me in and check me out. Done! Dr. Mair got my blood sugar under control and that's what was needed. Highly recommend him!!

Dr Mair has helped me keep my thyroid issues under control for just about 4 years or so now. My levels have never been this low before and it's all because he listens and offers advise and options!

I would give less stars if I could. Just do yourself a favor and don’t do it. Waste of time

Great disposition. He is thorough, shows empathy, kind and a listener. He patiently answers every question. He takes the detailed history. I look forward to working with his skilled expertise. My NP also said if he was needing his care he would be seeing him & only him.
