WARNING!!! Dr. Ramirez murdered my sister. She didn’t provide her the care she needed and instead gave her meds that killed her. Dr. Ramirez didn’t know the side effects of the meds and didn’t know their impact. She improperly diagnosed and improperly used this medicine. WARNING OTHER WOMEN.
This has gone downhill! Incredibly disrespectful and rude! Their business practices have no heart or sympathy. I have never held an outstanding balance with them over 13 yrs , but they refused to provide me with medical treatment because of a 50$ appointment fee. I asked for a little bit of time as I didn’t have it atm, Never stating it wasn’t rightfully applied! They suggested I reschedule for when I can afford them. It was for my yearly visit that my insurance was covering 100%!!!! I cannot believe how disrespectful and money forward this way of thinking is. At what point do they just put on their sign —— You and Your Babies Do Not Matter !
Exceptional Care from Dr. Kristin Ramirez and Her Entire Team I cannot recommend Dr. Kristin Ramirez highly enough. From start to finish, our experience was outstanding, and I want to take a moment to recognize everyone who made it so positive. A few things that stood out: • Minimal wait times and fast, efficient service — we were seen promptly at every visit. • An excellent front desk team — welcoming, organized, and always helpful. • A wonderful ultrasound team — professional and reassuring throughout. • Everything in one place — labs, ultrasound, and care all conveniently under one roof. • Excellent lab services — quick, smooth, and hassle-free. • Exceptional support staff — attentive and caring at every step. Most importantly, Dr. Ramirez herself was truly exceptional. She provided valuable guidance at exactly the right time and made us feel completely at ease. She took the time to sit with us, listen to all of our concerns, and address every question with patience and genuine care. We came in feeling anxious — several people around us had recommended seeing a high-risk pregnancy specialist, and that weighed heavily on us. But Dr. Ramirez filled us with confidence, kept us calm, and made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. Her expertise and warmth made all the difference. Based on our experience, I would recommend Dr. Ramirez as your first priority without hesitation. Thank you so much, Dr. Ramirez, for all your support. You and your team are truly remarkable. My
The doctor is amazing. The front office is another freaking issue. I don't like being called a lier. Don't send me a reminder for one appointment and not the other because then I am expecting that every time! If it was my mistake and I missed the appointment on purpose fine I don't have an issue with your 50 dollar charge. What I do have a problem with is being called a lier saying a reminder was sent when it clearly was not. I had an emergency iud failure and the front desk said no we can't see you because you are a new patient and you need to have a new patient appointment. Instead of putting the patient first the one that Pays you...you put your stupid procedure first.
I would avoid this place as a pregnant person. And probably as any other kind of patient. There are a few good people but overshadowed by the overall lack of care for woman. You will wait roughly an hour for each appointment even if you show up early. You will be rushed through an appointment that you have waited for. Things will not be addressed as you bring them up. I took my birth plan in to discuss it and it was another 4 weeks and 2 weeks before my due date before she actually discussed it with me and told me she basically wasn’t going to respect anything I was asking for. Too late to find another doctor I had to be stuck with a woman who has already expressed that she doesn’t respect what I am hoping for. And made sure to use demeaning language and make me feel stupid for asking what I was asking for. My husband actually had to step into this conversation because I started balling crying because she made me feel stupid for having and wanting a birth plan. After I had already talked to her RN (because she was too busy to see me for multiple appointments late in my pregnancy) who had told me that everything on my birth plan was reasonable and could be achieved by the nurses in the hospital. This was one of the MANY issues I had with this practice. If you want someone who cares about you as a woman all the way through to the end and will actually care about you and help you through hard times this is absolutely a place I would avoid at all costs. And if your pregnant and at this practice and it’s still early run fast. Don’t convince yourself it will be fine because it won’t. It will be worse at the hospital. If you and end up staying hire a doula or midwife to hold them accountable to appropriate behavior .
I have been here twice but I should have learned from the first experience which was a 15min pushy birth control sales pitch. Women's care but they should just put its maternal care. There was no addressing concerns, no suggestions on what we could look into, no solutions! When I asked if they would be ordering labs to see if that would be contributing to all the things women go through later in life, they said "Your hormones fluctuate so If I run them now it will be diff then if I run them in a couple weeks" Yes I think thats how our cycles work but to not even look was the second red flag. Fast forward I have symptoms of a UTI and I thought instead of going to urgent care maybe we have experts get a bigger picture. The doctor of that visit was actually great ( older hippie ish woman with purple hair) We didn't talk beyond UTI stuff but of course got another birth control talk. 4 months later I got a bill for a lab they use for almost $600 on top of what I paid for the visit, that was a surprise. Wish I went to urgent care like I have in the past for the exact tests. The phone recording should tell you all you need to know about this place. I understand policy and fees for no shows but "welcome for calling Dr. this and Dr. that, there is a $50 fee for .... " and then they say "DO NOT leave routine scheduling info, DO NOT leave multiple messages" Small I know but it IS NOT welcoming especially if "Im there for a pregnancy and hormones can make you said thats an angry bossy recording in a mono tone.Trust the ratings they have and find better care elsewhere.
This review is for the office at the alliance hospital in suite 280. The doctor my daughter sees is usually at the Keller Parkway location which is great. The women working the front desk of this location are rude and completely disrespectful. My daughter was 16 minutes late to her last appointment in which I was working so her grandmother had to give her a ride. The office suite is kind of hard to find and there are no signs pointing you in the right direction and they missed the threshold by 1 minute of the cutoff time and had to reschedule. When my mother/her grandmother said it was hard to find the office the front desk girl says “I didn’t build the building so that isn’t my fault”. Apparently another woman had to come help and told my mother that they would have to reschedule but wouldn’t charge the late cancellation fee due to how close they were to being there in time. We show up today to the rescheduled appointment and was told we had to pay 50 dollars as a late fee from last time. I challenged them and expressed I honestly couldn’t afford this and was under the impression it was waived. The two women working the front were cold and uncaring and pretty much gave me an attitude of either pay or cancel appointment. Mind you this is my third attempt at getting my daughter in to see her doctor. Mind you we waited at least 25 minutes in the lobby after our appointment time. It’s absurd to charge this much and to respond to my request for some understanding in such a cold way was honestly the worst part. When did people become so unkind and unempathetic. I will never book an appointment at this location again and will just stick to the one on Keller Parkway where the front desk is actually kind.
🚨 ZERO STARS – AVOID THIS PRACTICE (Dr. Tod & Staff) This was one of the most unprofessional and dismissive medical experiences I’ve ever had. After an endometrial biopsy, I developed heavy bleeding and severe cramping days later. I followed all instructions and contacted the on-call line multiple times, then called Monday and clearly explained my symptoms—along with my recent cancer history and current hormone therapy. The nurse was cold, dismissive, and offered zero reassurance. I was told to come in Tuesday. After waiting days with concerning symptoms, I showed up to my appointment only to be told at check-in that my doctor had left for a delivery—and no one bothered to call me. I was told to reschedule or wait indefinitely with no timeline. The front desk staff were openly rude and indifferent. When I expressed concern, I was met with eye-rolling and a complete lack of professionalism. No urgency. No accountability. No compassion. If this is how they handle patients with potential post-procedure complications, that should concern anyone considering this practice. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually treats patients with basic respect.
So the website doesn’t allow me to schedule an appointment so I tried calling 3-4 times and a lady name Gabby in the “scheduling appointment” department wouldn’t allow me to even speak nor schedule my appointment. I’m pregnant and I’ve had scary situations throughout my pregnancy and the fact that I can’t even speak to anyone is crazy to me.
I am a veteran—I don’t necessarily get to choose the OBGYN I see; I can only pick from a list of providers in the community that the VA works with. That being said, I was a little nervous choosing a male OBGYN but Dr. White’s reviews and experience is what lead me to pick him. Dr. White exceeded my expectations from day one! He’s very open, informative, and personable. He helped my husband and I make our decision to go for a VBAC delivery. I appreciated his approach very much and never felt pressured into anything (c-section, induction, etc.) as I often see some women are. I had an amazing delivery and even though Dr. White wasn’t on call, his colleague was and I felt just as confident in her!
