Reagan is amazing! Ask for her by name. She takes care of her clients and makes sure they receive all the treatments necessary for optimal results. She patiently listens and helped me to develop a plan. She also works around my busy job requirements, if I need to reschedule - the flexibility is greatly appreciated. Love this location! Reagan is amazing with getting me scheduled and fitting me in at the last minute. She knows me by name when I walk in and it makes it all that more personal and seen. The nurses are great as well and will get you in and out without feeling rushed and they answer all your questions and concerns throughly. Can’t recommend this place enough

The results here have been great however the staff needs to be a bit more organized with their schedule. My original appointment was delayed 20 mins, then mid session we stopped due to laser malfunction, had to come back a few days later. I was scheduled at 1:30 they checked me in and put me in a room, I waited 15 mins and have I not checked to see why none was coming to treat me they would’ve still taken their time. I understand staff has lunch hours however if they are aware that there are patients scheduled they should plan accordingly.

I purchased 8 Glp-1 shots for $1200 from Gina who was so sweet while taking my money. After the 3rd shot I got extremely sick and I was told by my PCP that your increase from 2.5 to 5.0 after the 3rd shot was too quick. I would like a $750 refund for the remaining 5 shots I cannot take. On my 2nd appointment the ladies at the front desk convinced me to purchase another $900 for 8 NAD+of injections saying that it will help me shed weight even faster. I broke out in hives from the shot. I have never had hives in my life and was severely freaked out and cannot continue with the remaining injections. I want a refund of $787.00 for the 7 injections I cannot take. I'm asking for what is fair and reasonable nothing more.
