When I was transferred up to a room, the care continued with no break or drop in the flow. The y quickly realized that I could be somewhat self sufficient, so the staff was both helpful, yet gave me some room. This continued for the entire week, and the staff was there the I needed them, but encouraged me in all phases of my recovery both before and after my surgery. Even though there were some patients requiring a little more one-on-one the me, the staff was still timely in meeting my needs. They pushed me to set goals, and also gave me the freedom to say a break was needed. Most of the time they were trying to slow me done. ( I was ready to go home and feeling that much better after surgery.) Thank you, again.

This was extremely smooth. I went in for a endoscopy and colonoscopy and everything was done on time and professionally. All the staff were amazing and friendly, which has to be hard at 6AM on a Monday. 😅

I cannot recommend Medical City Fort Worth enough! It was my very first visit at this facility for a procedure and the experience was truly phenomenal. Every single staff member, from the time I walked through the front door to check in at the reception desk, along with my anesthesiologist, his assistant, the entire nursing team and my surgeon was truly very kind, attentive, and highly professional. They were all so genuinely loving and kind, they made me feel as if I was the only patient they had in the entire hospital...Lol! My surgeon Dr. Jen, was fantastic, walking me through the procedure and making me feel entirely at ease. They provided me with beyond exceptional care from start to finish. Medical City Fdub is the absolute BEST! KUDOS!🥰

The floor under the CT scan had mounds of dust, The nurse who did my breathing treatment did not wear gloves touched even the mouthpiece. The doctor was a no show.

Doctor Washington was great on 5/26/26. Unfortunately, I called to ask for a follow-up appointment and the DEPLORABLE woman on the phone quite literally refused to help me. I have stitches in my lip that THEIR ER DID and haven't dissolved in over three weeks and is now INFECTED. She refused to provide pricing for the follow-up service (stitch removal), illegal by the way, and refused to transfer my call or ask for my info for the people in registration to call me back. I had a terrible seizure and busted my face open, bruises, concussion, etc. As if the ordeal isn't traumatizing enough and painful, now I have to deal with this trash and figure out how to get the medical help I need since the hospital whose work it is is not interested in providing medical care.
