Most People at This Clinic Are Very Kind & Respectful. But Just like me, the Employees Suffer from Sadness & Loss same as Everyone else in this World and Yet they come to work, most of the time, with a Smile.I think they call that Character...

This place has been by far the worst it's been. Ive been a patient there for 5 years. They had a good director running the place but since he been gone since earlier this year. You went from being a medmark patient too we dont care what you have going on your life or if you have a job to get too. All their nurses quit and now they can barely keep one there everday. Causing line havacs, people arguing and fighting over line cutting because there no supervision outside and major breaking covid protocal. They only cover there butts from inside the lobby. Hard to maintain a job coming here

If you're struggling, don't listen to the negative stigma involving methadone, just give it a try it saved my life I wish I had tried it sooner I could have saved myself and others so so much trouble. The nurses are all great especially ms cherry they really do care and are always very friendly in the mornings. Charles the security/ crowd control/ unofficial counsellor gets a bad rap sometimes but he does care about the patients and will help you out. I have heard horror stories about staff and clients at methadone clinics and you just don't really see that at medmark

Terroble staff only cares about a pay check not your soberity they will talk and treat you as you are an addict i have seen 3 directors in the past 2 years leave 12+ counselors and 10+ nurses if you can find another location

I just got a call from a worker from this center and I have a problem and they are so unprofessional and disrespectful and im going to ley the world know everything that is going on up there and how they do things from the dr on down they just woke up the beast to be continued.....

I have been a "client" there for nearly 8 years and honestly, it is impossible for anyone to maintain employment or any life normality while being a patient HERE!! People arrive up to 4 hrs early just to attempt to be at work on time though there is ALWAYS an issue!! More bad days than good!! Ridiculous!!........not to mention all the federal regulations that they violate daily!!....dont really care about that though!! I just would like to be able to sleep, wake up, dose without problem and be at work ON TIME!!! My most important issue with this place is, that they have absolutely no contingency plan if something as simple as the power goes out! In fact, I believe that I have a quite simple answer to that problem if someone would actually listen and implement it!!

I called to ask a simple question and the woman who answered the phone was very RUDE. If you can’t even provide standard information without an attitude clearly your either having a bad day (which is no excuse to talk to an individual with such misery, annoyance and attitude in your voice) or you need to seek a different career path because you don’t sound like you enjoy the one you have. I won’t be visiting this treatment center anytime soon.

It's May now ...issues seem to have stopped. dont know what's going on right now ...issue with their systems but folks are showing up at 5am daily having to stand in line for 30min or more just to get in the door... its ridiculous.

They are working to fix some of the problems they have here such as, there's not enough dosing windows but they are about to add a few more. At times there's not enough seating in the waiting area but they are expanding soon. The nurse, the financial person, the receptionist, the counsellors, and the dosing nurses are all polite, respectful, and dutiful. They make you feel comfortable like you're among friends by very quickly remembering you by name. Other than the fact that they run out of coffee way too early, this is a good clinic.

I have been at this clinic for 17 years and have seen hundreds of counselors and dozens of nurses. Since Director Joe has gotten here I have seen this place go from Bad to Excellent . The nursing staff is the most professional they have ever been. I even have a counselor who cares. God Bless Joe and his hard work.Randy D. Patient #0276
