My mother went to get a MRI last week at the Fort Worth location and she told me the staff treated her very nice and even though she was a little scared the tech Lauren took very good care of her walked her through all the steps and was constantly checking up on her talking to her while she was doing her MRI! Clean environment great staff 10/10 recommended

The stuff are so friendly and humorous to accept me, even though it’s my first time to do MRI, I feel like can have a sound sleep in the machine tube

Scheduled for 7am, showed up at 6:45. Nothing until I ask receptionist at 7:10 how long it will be. The tech is stuck in traffic (I’ve lived in DFW for years, checked the traffic maps and nothing out of the ordinary) and will be here at 7:30…ok. They give me a QT gift card, tech shows up 7:48 says she will see me in 5 to 10 minutes. I’m not one to leave a bad review unless it’s warranted. I lost more than double what the gift card is worth (which doesn’t matter I’m still missing work). The only explanation I can think of is poor time management. In the day and age of interactive Google maps or Waze, there’s no excuse to be 55 minutes late to an appointment.

very angry about the treatment of the receptionist is very rude with langent and racist treats badly and speaks badly to people plus adults
