If I could give 0 stars I would. First unprofessional medical center that I will never go back to. Completely weren’t doing there jobs right had me urinate in a plastic drinking cup then kept my urine in it because first person didn’t have the right cup and needed help with the computer. The manager comes in finally to help nurse and finally transfers it to correct cup and immediately tells me there’s no temperature and basically threatens me to wait 3 hours to do it again observed or it will be refusal. Which clearly was a mistake on their part. This company already broke my trust to do the testing right. And we’re forcing to do it again. So I went to Care Now and everything was done correctly. This place is very unprofessional and will blame the patent on their mistakes

Was there for a DOT physical. Was in and out within an HR. Staff was polite and friendly. Office was very clean. I do this every year and great experience again.

Fast and completely transparent. The Doctor was late when i was there and they called those needing to be seen by Doctor up and gave other options as to how to complete their specific needs instead of waiting for hours. Way better than Concentra by far. Staff is pleasant and professional.

Poor communication from the assistants on where you need to go and how long it will take for a DOT Physical…2 hours from start to finish don’t waste your time at this place.
