Great timing on messaging, messages were sent promptly and sometimes even earlier than expected which was nice! This is such a sensitive time for all of us, so prompt responses were top notch. My issue was how the majority of the messages were in scientific terms from the start to the end. A lot of acronyms were used and since the end of the messages have the classic copy paste “please do not hesitate to ask any questions” I asked basic questions like what do these acrynoms mean. Didn’t get answers so I ended up having to google every message I got back. Had to ChatGPT every response so it would make sense. Just expected some basic explanations from this service, especially at the pricing point. Attached a pic for an example, it was my last message all together. Not here to dox or share names, just hope a better explained experience is given to the upcoming patients!

I have had an awful experience with the billing department including, misquoting, poor communication between employees, being told my account will be closed when it wasn’t, being told my card would be taken off file and it wasn’t, having to call several times and being told “we will take care of it” only for them to not take care of it, and a manager blaming her employees being “new” thinking this would alleviate all of the billing issues. No one took responsibility I have asked all communications to be in writing and you would think if you paid for a service, communicated about said service, you would have the decency of a call/email, etc, but that was not my experience here. Please visit a new facility and take your money elsewhere.

The entire experience was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and smiling. Dr. Kaufman is a great doctor, very knowledgeable, empathetic and easy to talk. Doctor K. took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this place to every woman with a problem having a baby.
