Outstanding office staff and therapists.

I did inital evaluation for my son and of course had to pay $500 for it which wasn’t even 30 mins long, they called me after 3 months , mind you i wanted to enroll my son for summer session, which i did paperwork in January but one day before his fall school starts they call me and say they have a spot for him , ridiculous i wanted therapist for my son for summer thats why i contacted them in January but alas they have kids in waiting list .so if you want your kid enrolled make sure you have good insurance and you can pay their fees and contact them 5 years prior i guess !!!! I contacted them for this year too and got the same answer that they have waiting list so good luck finding resources apparently you can’t find one that’s close to your house so frustrating with the system. If you are an autism parent , our kids deserve so much more and not this place coz apparently they have waiting list for 5 plus years 🙄.

Everyone here is so friendly! They are super helpful and make you feel as if you’re family. Wouldn’t want to take my kids anywhere else.

I love PediaPlex!!!! Both locations are amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!

My son has grown leaps and bounds since starting speech therapy here back in October. Forever grateful for everything.

VERY disappointed in how they have handled a case of COVID 19 affecting the staff! Parents and staff were not informed or given alternatives to F2F care.

I absolutely love PediaPlex! The entire staff is great and so caring and kind. They all truly care about the kids and the families they help.

I'm not much into writing reviews, but for this business, I would gladly give 100 stars and am beyond honored to write a review for PediaPlex.I am an Ambassador & Event Coordinator for a Foundation that supports kids with physical and intellectual difficulties, several of the kids and families who participate in our events are also clients of PediaPlex in Alliance & Southlake. The individual growth that I have seen in these kids has been nothing less than miraculous. The lady that owns PediaPlex, Mrs. Kirkpatrick, opened the therapy center straight from her heart, she has a wealth of personal experience as a Mother of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Over the years, she got tired of hearing the "no's" and refused to accept the Dr's telling her what her Daughter would "never be", how she would never live a normal life, how she would always be dependant on Mr. & Mrs. Kirkpatrick for her personal needs and would never achieve "normal" milestones. Instead of simply accepting the diagnosis, Mrs. Kirkpatrick dove into the progressive research and studies of Autism and closely associated Occupational & Speech Therapy then used that knowledge to teach her Daughter and give her the tools she would need to be "EVERYTHING" she could be with no limitations.I have been Blessed to personally witness the PediaPlex Staff that have been hand picked and share in the same beliefs and support that Mrs. Kirkpatrick has, they genuinely teach from the heart and they take great pride and joy in every child's individual achievement.If you have or know of a child that is in need of ABA, Speech or Occupational Therapy, and you are frustrated with people telling you what your child "can't" accomplish, please give PediaPlex a call, even if nothing more, just give them the opportunity to share with you the services they offer and the individual plan that they can put together for your child. I promise you, you will walk away refreshed at what the true potential of your child really is.While you're there, if you want to see first hand what faith and perseverance is, ask to speak to Megan, a previous PediaPlex client who happens to be Mr. & Mrs. Kirkpatricks Daughter, she is grown now, has completed college, lives independently and is now working at PediaPlex as a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.

I'm most familiar with the Southlake office of PediaPlex, but my experience with them as a clinician in Colleyville has been very positive.

PediaPlex is an amazing place to work for! Working as a behavioral therapist with these wonderful children is such a rewarding experience, seeing them constantly grow and improve their functional skills. The team I work with is an incredibly uplifting work family that reminds each of us the importance of our roles, and our weekly team meetings helps everyone stay on same page and continually communicate on how we can improve our clients' learning experiences. Couldn't ask for a better job to come to every day!
