I was referred here by my PCP. And hoping i can mask the pain until i get some type of long term solution. MRI done before 3rd visit and he said steroid shots to my spine shall do the trick.i ask for a temporary solution until the procedure. Nothing.he said I just keep on doing excercise not knowing how hard and painful it is. Now he wants me to do a CT scan. Well i aint a bag of $. What would u think if ur in my shoes. If i have an option for no stars than i would pick that. Spent dam near $1k with insurance with no relief. Dr Heil i wish u understand and put urself in ur patience shoes. Thanks for your time.

I have tried to get my medical records sent to a different pain management company for 2 months and they either say that they don't have the paper work or we are sending it right away. One person doesn't know what the other person is doing.

Started going to this location after my previous doctor was kicked out of network. It's extremely clean and a much shorter wait time than the Hurst location

I just went for a first time appointment with Dr Heil. I had severe sciatica pain and I didn't want opiates. He gave me a steroid shot so I'm pain free and he scheduled me for days, MRI and physical therapy. I'm very pleased and happy with his care.

Texas pain relief group has been very helpful in the management of my pain due to multiple and complex injuries. They have helped me through surgeries, physical therapy, alternative therapies and continue to adjust my treatment as my injuries have caused me needs for treatment to change.

Great group of people. Everyone always has a smile on their face and a kind word. Dr Heil is great he listens to your concerns and he talks you through your treatment plan and encourages your input.

Dr. Heil and his staff all listen and provide answers to questions. Dr. Heil provided different options before going to a peripheralNerve stimulator reducing pain and cramps by a large amount.

Dr. Hiles and the nurse practitioner are really knowledgeable and does best what they do.All of other staff administrators seem kind and helpful of scheduling the appointments to handling the necessary procedures. I would definitely recommend Texas Pain Relief Group(Heritage Keller).👍🏻
