This place spam called me over 100 times every day for an appointment. I work during business hours so I couldn’t answer. I finally got a chance to call back and make an appointment. I showed up and the lady at the front desk wasted my time saying she couldn’t find an appointment for me. Then since this was for a car accident so they had the audacity to tell my lawyer they don’t want to work with me because I was upset when they wasted my time. It is not my fault they don’t know how to do appointments. I very nicely told them not to call me 100 times again because I’m at work. I literally can’t answer and they chain called me back to back all day leaving voicemails. I’m shocked that this company does business at all seeings how the schedulers have no idea what’s going on or who’s coming in. I think being spam called is borderline harassment and I don’t appreciate that. I’m not sorry I told yall not to call me 100 times again for a new appointment…. But to refuse service completely??!? Amazing. Highly do not recommend this place.
Dr. Stephens and his team - 10/10! Rachel and Abby were responsive and easy to work with on scheduling/billing. Dr. Stephens was driven, yet easy-going. Grateful for his patient explanation and recommendations. Won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you!
This place is a scam! We paid our bill in fullback in May 24, then they are still trying to collect. We sent proof of paid in full, talked to the three times. Their representatives have agreed it was paid in full, but still we receive bills. We have documented every step. Next stop FTC and CFPB for FDCPA violations.
Real nice folks, very informative and helpful.
Dr Stephens and Ms Lexi are both excellent Drs....I have had Dr Stephens for many years....i wouldnt change drs for anything.
Friendly helpful staff. They don't rush you through. New location is much closer to my home
This visit was a great experience. Dr. Stephens staff was so efficient and friendly. Dr. Stephens was so very informative and explained the process and procedures for my treatment.
My physician, Dr Chad Stevens, joined this group practice a couple of months ago. The location is great. The staff are all very friendly. Dr Stevens and his NP, Lexi, are genuinely concernened for your needs. They take time to hear how you are doing and provide excellent, up to date pain management services.
This is my Dr Miracle Man! It’s amazing the noninvasive procedures he has done to stop pain that I have suffered for many years and many doctors. More people need to know about what he can do for pain. His entire office is amazing and treats you like family! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Simply amazing! I am referring to Dr Chad Stephan’s as my Dr Miracle. I see there are reviews on here for other doctors.
Wonderful doctor and PA. Entire staff wonderful and kind and compassionate with patients.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
