As soon as we got to the hospital, my wife and I were treated like human beings and not a number. Each and every staff member were very caring and respectful of my wife's condition. Because it was an emergency surgery, every touch point in the process, they were reassuring my wife that everything would be ok. And everything turned out ok with the surgery. Everyone there were very professional and I wish I could remember each of their names. There was one person in the surgery prep area that went above and beyond. As soon as I find out her name, I will come back and update this post with her name. She is a person who really loves her profession. Lucky are those who are taken care by her. I hope I never have the need for a hospital or surgery but if we do, I would go back in a heart beat.

I came in with a severe infection in my elbow. My arm looked like popeye. Red and swollen. Hurt tremendously. They called it cellulitis and gave me antibiotics. 24 hours my arm had doubled and the infection was spreading rapidly. I felt really sick and went back. They did not treat me when I was there. They wrote me another prescription. I went home. And got worse. And had to be rushed to a new er to be admitted and treated.

Worst experience ever with an ER. Took my wife into the ER because she’s been in severe pain the past week and a half to the point that she would be on the floor sobbing. Literally just “took bloodwork” did an ultrasound and sent her on her way without any medications or anything even though she was low in a couple areas. ON TOP OF THAT TURNS OUT SHES PREGNANT AND STILL THEY DID NOTHING. AVOID THIS ER

The facility was a little hard to get to but after I found it it was okay. The people there are friendly and informative, very compassionate to our needs.

Phenomenal is what comes to mind. Wanted to compliment a certain nurse, dr, cleaning crew or cafeteria staff.. I cannot! Everybody was just so caring . I would not hesitate to use them again. You who helped my husband in Room #326 you were all just amazing, Thank you!!
