Love my experience at this studio. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The managers go the extra mile for you and they have amazing coaches.. Talk about great southern hospitality. 😎Makes me happy to visit “back home.”

About two and half years ago, I was in the worse shape and health of my life. I was looking for a place to help me lose weight, and came across Sci Fit. Making that first appointment was one of the best choices I have ever made. With their guidance, not only have I lost a significant amount of weight, my labs are all back to normal (blood pressure, cholesterol, A1C, etc), I am sleeping better, and my walks are now up to 4 miles. Early on in my program, I suffered a fracture and was in a walking boot. With their coaching, I was able to continue losing weight by focusing on the nutrition side of things. They also guided me through safe exercises I could do after I got out of the boot and recovering. In a nutshell, Dr. Bryce and his team have cheered me on throughout my journey and have helped me reclaim my health (and life!) and I am so grateful!!!

Words cannot begin to express how SPECTACULAR the Sci Fit program and their INCREDIBLE team are to work with on weight loss, health objectives, and overall wellness. During my time at Sci Fit I have lost 90 lbs!!! This would not have been possible without the amazing support and tools provided by Sci Fit. Even through physical injuries and cancer, Sci Fit worked with me to enhance my recovery journey and ensure I was getting the optimal protein and food sources to fuel my body. The key for me over the last 3 years is taking it slow during challenging times, yet always maintaining a sense of optimism and hope that I would reach my goal. Dr. Bryce and his team are champions and work with each client one on one to maximum results with a science based understanding of the body and how it performs the best through diet and exercise. I never believed I could reach the objective until I found Sci Fit. For anyone wanting to optimize their health or lose weight, invest in yourself by signing up for the Sci Fit program. going to Sci Fi Really changed my life, Not only from losing a large amount of weight, but also working with Ashley. She really helped me rethink food and fitness. She also helped so much with my self-esteem. Enclosing I've worked with lots of coaches and trainers being I'm in the financial field And I have NEVER met anyone more upbeat and knows her stuff like Ashley does. Honestly, she really changed my life. I've not gained 1 pound back. Before long, I'm gonna go back and work with her some more to get fit and increase my muscle mass. Call sci-fi and ask for Ashley. She'll change your life one bite at a time.
