She is by far the best endocrinologist I have been to. I never have to wait long. She listens. For the first time someone actually listens. Since seeing her my weight is down, diabetes is controlled and I feel great!!! Sure, the staff had to get up to speed but they are doing a good if not great job now.

I tried to book an appointment because I wasn't to get checked for issues related to my Ehlers-danlos, PCOS, Hormone workup,and Thryroid workup. She flat out refused to even see me.

I have been coming to Dr U for about a year now and can say as someone who does not enjoy doc visits she is by far the best provider I have ever been to. Dr U takes time to listen to and address your concerns. Messages in the patient portal are answered promptly. All around great office and amazing doctor.

One of the absolute worst experiences! It’s been almost one month trying to get my husband’s medicine refilled. The front desk is the most incompetent people I’ve ever encountered! They don’t return calls. We have left numerous messages and nothing. Terrible service especially for the speciality they cover. A diabetic needs there meds! I will be reporting to state!
