Had my first colonoscopy at 60 I was very scared let me tell you I almost came home but the staff was very understanding about my fear and listened to my needs my fears were misplaced and after the sedation I didn't care it was the best sleep I've ever had no pain after or when I got home. my doctor Carol Mallette MD was the best thank you so much for such a pain free experience also to the nurses all of you were great thank you also i will recommend any one needing a endoscopy come here god bless who read this this was my experience first had as i received my care.

I was here on February 12th and I came in for a endoscopy for dr pinson as I was standing waiting to be called on because there were 2 ladies at the front desk and the one and the registration 2 was on the phone talking very loudly about her daughter and wasn't paying attention to me or the other patient there and that was very disappointing the lady at registration 1 helped me and the other patients.

Dr Carol Mallette and The Most Efficient Team carried out my colonoscopy with Compassionate Expertise. The Trust instilled because of this Gold Star Care will ensure my return for any further procedures necessary. Thank You Donnicia, Embyr, Pam, Debbie, Jordyn, Saleema, Chase and Dr Mallette for making the procedure “Stressless”.

I saw Dr Herdman for an endoscopy. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. His staff are friendly, caring and efficient. From the receptionists to the surgery assistant they made me feel important and in great hands. Kudos to the entire staff:

Imagine if you received a thank you card from your healthcare team after your procedure, exam, etc. It speaks to the care of the team and how they perceive the patient. Dr. Paul Senter (absolutely the best colorectal surgeon) and his crew do such a good job. They are observant, detailed, and efficient. If only other providers would adopt this way of providing care....Highly recommend the facility, team and Dr. Senter!
