I was very skeptical about this visit. Had bad feeling after talking with the receptionist and scheduling my initial visit. I had a bad experience with this office staff after being referred to Kenneth Mair, MD before. This time I was taken back that the office still uses snail mail to do the initial PW. I arrived without my PW and had to fill it out before my visit. I never finished but was able to see NP Carol Wiesner, FNP-BC. The initial reaction was this is not going to go well. I'm glad I went and pushed through those feelings because Carol is a knowledgeable person and was able in my opinion to help me in several different ways.

I've always had a excellent doctor visit with Dr H I have been with Dr. Hecker for about 8 years. I love Dr Hecker, she's a very professsional and caring doctor. The staff was caring as well, until about 3 months ago. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have tried on several occasions to get refills for my medication. The pharmacy need information to refill the medicine. I was told this was taken care of after calling the office several times. I am getting messages from the pharmacy about not receiving the information they need. I was told 3 days ago the paperwork was sent. The very next day I get another text from the pharmacy saying my medicine will not be filled because the information needed never came. They are now saying the doctor have to do an appeal.

I loved Dr. Hecker! She spent the full 45 mins at my first appt to go over all of my history and current concerns. Her staff was friendly and helpful. I had zero problems her. The wait time was short. I couldn’t ask for better care.

Terrible office staff. I've called multiple times to be sure my referral was received, and get an appointment. Called for the 5th time today to find out I have not been accepted. Do you think they reached out to call me? NO!! Don't go there, they obviously don't care about the patient.

Rudest doctor ever. Always condescending and doesn’t take time just rushes you in and out. Nurse is even worse and please don’t have to get a refill because they are slow to respond and absolutely the rudest office I have ever experienced. I will never go to this horrible office and deal with this rude staff again. I highly urge you to look elsewhere if you expect decency and a good customer experience! I would give zero stars if I could and I would rather do without my medication than ever step foot in that office again.

I am very pleased with Dr. Decker and staff. Front desk has always been helpful and friendly. Dr. Decker talks to me, explains what she is doing and why. She is kind and answers my questions. I have been seeing her for a few years. I have Type 2 diabetes. Would recommend her highly.
