I was in and out in an hour today. Both the doctor and entire staff were very efficient and pleasant. This was the best visit to see a doctor that I’ve ever had!

Without fail, these medical providers give a service, have you pay at there, then months later send you one extra bill. This is an automatic feature to greedily squeeze you for extra. Providers should never send patients an invoice eighty days afterward and pretend it's not a lie. The price is already outrageous. Prepare to get fleeced. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Every person is SharePoint was so professional. From the time I walked in the young lady at the receptionist and the doctors and nurses. Great experience. Very clean right to the point diagnosed what I had. I couldn’t be more happy about going to Shorepoint for my medical concerns. I definitely recommend them.

On July 1st, 2026, I injured my finger really bad while trimming my hedges. I rushed myself to Surepoint as I had heard about their emergency services before. From the time that I walked in the door until I left, I was treated with tremendous gratitude and attentiveness. I felt so welcomed! The young lady at the front desk, Nicole (receptionist) was sure to get all of my information she needed, with urgency to ensure I was seen in a timely manner, as my finger was severely injured and bleeding profusely. Register Nurse Shawn, then escorted me to the back where he was extremely patient and super friendly all while maintaining professionalism the entire time. When Dr. Chase came in, he was just as friendly. His bed side manners reflected that of the rest of the Staff. I would recommend Surepoint Emergency Center to anyone needing emergency care.

Holly The registration clerk was quick to help as Leah the nurse was very helpful the doctor Mr Johnson didn’t have me wait an absurd amount of time to see me and a special thanks to Clare for getting my xray done as fast as possible very well rounded team here at Surepoint

I absolutely Love this place ... It feels like I'm at my Primary Physician. Everyone is so caring and loving but still very professional. Shawn was the best Nurse ever!

Dr. Chase, Kristi, Ben, Bryan, and Shawn were all AMAZING!!! This was hands down the BEST care I’ve ever received at an urgent care center. Everyone was so warm and friendly, I felt like a VIP patient!
