We went to this ER because it had good reviews and the urgent Care already did not treat correctly. We were fairly confident it was Pneumonia but wanted a place that could do xrays and blood work to verify. The doctor had a very good bedside manner and staff was nice. They did do a xray a verified Pneumonia but no blood work. Put my son a antibiotic and I said this antibiotic does not work on anyone in our family. He said he would not change it and and said to give it 3 days. We went home where my sons condition continued to deteriorate and I called them as his O2 levels where below 90 and he still would not change the treatment. We ended up in the ER at Baylor where they did blood work and broad spectrum antibiotic IV, xrays, etc. It was determined through blood work the wrong antibiotic was given and he was admitted to the hospital for 2.5 days. He is now home and still recovering.

I went in and gave all the specific details about what was wrong with me. They were able to give me a CT scan and found out that I had internal bleeding in my brain. They did all my proper paperwork, and I was sent to the Harris method hospital. I'm very grateful that they were able to find out what was wrong with me. 5 stars. My life was saved 🙏

Sure point is amazing! Everyone here is so kind and I was seen very quickly for my kidney stone. Anything going on they can take care of! I will definitely utilize them if need be in the future!

Staff was exceptionally kind, patient and helpful to my son who was screaming and crying. They asked if I was okay too and offered me help as well since I was dealing with a sick child. I have never felt so seen and cared for. They were gentle with my son and even gave him treats. So thankful and blessed.
