Great Dr. Dr. Lamba was great. The staff, nurses and anesthesiologist were wonderful.
Great from the minute I walked in the door!
The staff is very friendly
I would not recommend TDCC Alliance unless you have a very minor issue. My wife has been unable to hold down food for a week and has been scared and in pain. She had a sonogram done to determine whether she had gallstones, and it has now been over a week since the procedure with no follow-up. When you call, you do not get a live person. You are told to leave a message and that someone will get back to you within 48 hours. For a patient who is in pain, unable to eat, and waiting on test results, that is completely unacceptable. At minimum, this office should have someone answering the phone. The worst part is that when you finally do reach a live person, it is someone from the surgery center three miles away, not TDCC Alliance. Even they expressed frustration and disappointment with TDCC’s lack of communication. Patients should not have to chase down basic follow-up care, especially when they are sick, scared, and waiting for answers.
STOP AND FIND ANOTHER GI OFFICE!!!!!!!!! This office is the WORST!!! You can NEVER get a live person. If you leave a message it takes FOREVER to get a call back. I sat on hold for a total of 45 min today and NEVER got to a live person. In fact if you hang up and keep calling back your call will be transferred to the endoscopy center. The endoscopy center even said this office is the WORST at answering calls and returning calls.
Too much waiting time in doctor's room.
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very nice
Doctors and nurses were very kind and helpful. Good experience. Would recommend this location.
Every part of the experience was first class except for the people waiting in the waiting room have zero amenities. Coffee, water, something. Those people have to wait at least an hour. Other than that - no notes.
This place is very unorganized first she told me that I had some bad news. They sent a referral over but she said it was the wrong one so I had to call my doctor and wait about an hour. Then the insurance was wrong so I had to give them my insurance and get all that handled and get it approved. I spent a total of two hours there for nothing. The lady didn’t do anything besides talk to me and set up some appointments never look down my throat. They didn’t do anything. It was a waste of time and a waste of two hours.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
