I told them on phone I didn’t have a physical copy of my card. They made me an appointment next day. I show up and they tell me no they can’t see me. This place is unprofessional. There is a reason it is the only place who can see people fast. They are bad. Some of the least nice people I’ve met to customers

We cancelled a follow up appointment a few days before the appointment, well within their guidlines. Yet they are still trying to charge us for a cancelled appointment. We have called into their billing dept numerous times and nobody will get back, but they are happy to continue sending us illigitimate late fees!

Going to have surgery on my neck. Explained everything to a tee. Left me very confident and not worried. Very professional but friendly. I was very comfortable about my upcoming procedure. More to follow.

The team did an excellent job from intake, through surgery, and follow-on appointments. Dr. White was respectful in assessing my condition. He was straightforward and clear in explaining risks. He empowered me in making informed decisions about my care plan, something that I greatly appreciated. Dr. White is a remarkably skilled surgeon and did an incredible job in getting me back to normal much faster than I expected. I cannot express how thankful I am for everyone’s help in getting me through what was a difficult situation. Y’all are the best and I would highly recommend this office!

A true 5 star experience from start to finish. The registration process is seamless and when I arrived, the receptionist was so customer service friendly! It was less that 5 minutes that I was called back to a room. The nurse assistant continued with my positive experience and was very attentive. The Physician Assistant, Abigayle Cross was simply put, amazing. Instant relief with a very thorough explanation of everything and with an immediate follow up appointment. I recommend them very highly.

Would not recommend at all, the doctors do not have bedside manners, they do not spend time with you (have tested several doctors at the bedford location) they are in and out (max 2 minutes), cut you off when you speak and do not listen very well. Do not waste your money here.
