List of Texas Ent Center's Reviews
I need to have a procedure to check my voice, and call many other facility, but were unkind, and either couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Until I called Texas ENT. They catered to me without hesitation. Had my appointment today, and they didn’t disappoint. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!!!
PCP referred to Dr Christianson due a lifetime of allergies/sinusitis. He respected my aversion to prescription drugs (I've been through so many over a lifetime), and recommended an alternative that continues to be successful. I consulted again for relief early 2020 (during initial Covid-19 fiasco), for a non-Covid respiratory issue when you couldn't get in to see anyone. I remain grateful for his assistance.
Robyn Culpepper did a great job with my new hearing aids. Now I have to pretend that I can't hear my wife asking me to mow the lawn.
We have had a mixed bag of experiences at this doctor. If we had any other choice at this point, we would go elsewhere. Our Doctor has been incredibly kind and did some wonderful work on our daughters ear tubes. However, our appointments have had long waits (last time earlier this year, we waited over an hour to see the doctor for only 2 min). This morning truly upset me though. We have to drive a long distance to get here. Traffic in the metroplex is intermittently awful. We truly believed our appt was at 9:30 but I wanted to arrive early. Traffic was awful though and we arrived in the parking lot just before 9:30. By the time I got our toddler out the car and inside I signed us in at 9:31 thinking “hey, at least we were only a minute late”. Turns out we had an appt for 9:15. We were told we had to reschedule for… wait for it… 6 weeks later. We have had to wait at this office for over an hour. We drove an hour through traffic this morning just to be turned away because we were 1 minute past this 15 min window. Zero grace. I understand an office has to function but I would hope there could be mutual grace like the grace we had offered them until today. Truly. I would hope more from an office like this.
Excellent audio care
Was nervous about what would be going on with my ears, Dr White and his staff were friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. I left there having answers and knowledge of what is going on!
UPDATE: IF YOUR COMPANY CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND THEY STRESS YOU BRING ON THE COMMUNITY YOU WOULD TELL PEOPLE WHEN THEY CALL THAT YOU WILL NOT TAKE MEDICAD EVEN IF THEY HAVE OTHER FORMS OF INSURANCE! This place is a joke! We have the best bcbs money can buy! My foster baby also has Medicare. We went in for our appointment to due to my baby having a ear infection for over a month and being on 3 different antibiotics and now having to take 2 shots a day in the legs for 3 day straight. I approach the counter with bough my baby's insurance card and they told me they don't take medicad and because we have medicad they can't see her. I told them to just use the bcbs and they wouldn't. I was not told over the phone that they don't take medicad and in the system they had me on a cash pay. I told them over the phone I have bcbs when I made the appointment. THIS IS Descrimanation on foster kids and people that get assistance. We waited for over a month for this appointment just to be turn out for having government assistance! 0 out of 10 do not recommend!
No longer take our insurance UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage. Also told us we couldn't pay cash since we have insurance!
Good service. Recommend to go that place.
Dr. Christianson is kind, takes the time to actually listen to you, and explains all of your options thoroughly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
