awesome care cant thank enough
My second time being seen at this facility and it was nothing short of great service! Thank you all for what you do.
Emergency room has not privacy, the chairs are lined up right next to each other, hippa is definitely violated You can hear everything the doctor and the nurses say to the other patients. And if you are sick why have you sit straight up in uncomfortable chairs.
As somebody who has a chronic illness and is sick ALOT. I've been to a lot of emergency rooms. This is the BEST one I've ever been to. Every one from here to cleburne, to Mansfield. I'm usually not treated well and like I'm drug seeking. This is my 3rd Er this month for the same illness. This one actually took the time to check if I was sick, and didn't ignore when my labs said infection. I didn't walk away with massive bloody bruises because the woman who took my blood was a god send. Got it first try and painlessly. They went above and beyond with CT scans, X-rays, etc. This is how an ER should be run. And I wasn't just a number. I wasn't just in the way. Despite them being slammed and full to the brim, They checked on me constantly. Always asking if I needed anything and asking how I was feeling. Dr. Barry was phenomenal! He actually listened and didn't dismiss my concerns. I already feel significantly better just with the hospital treatment and haven't even had a chance to pick up my prescriptions yet. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff so I could mention how fantastic they were. But I was very out of it at the time. This is the only ER I will be going to from here on.
Clean professional but more style than care however the emergency room is quality ⚕️
Wasted my time by scheduling an appointment they do not even do, and not calling to let me know, they did not do it.
One nurse for 14 patients. Would not have came here if I would have known they were understaffed.
Busy, but extremely competent without long waits. I've been here many times. When involved with "in and out" emergency, I've always been well satisfied. When I needed to be hospitalized, that was also well organized. It takes awhile to get to the hospital room, but always quite satisfactory.
We went in on a Saturday morning. I took my husband in for some issues he was having. They saw us very quick. Found out what the problem was and took care of it. We were in and out in 3 hours. Our nurse, Elena was the best! She was efficient, empathetic and personable. A trip to the ER can be concerning and scary. But the staff this morning made our experience pleasant.
I have been to this ER 5 times and I’ve been treated great every single time. 3 times I was a visitor and 2 times was because of issues I was having. From the security guard, to the check in ladies, to the nurse at the front calling out names. Wait time wasn’t long at all. When I walked in it seemed full but it went by pretty quickly. Nurses were all so nice and friendly. Doctors were also very nice and they seemed concerned with what was going on. Took labs and prescribed meds once results came back. Gave me paper work to read over about what was discussed. They do sometimes take a little long with lab results but I totally understand there are other people who are in more serious conditions that require more attention. I’ve had a great experience here and I know I’m well taken care of when I come here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
