awesome care cant thank enough
If I could give them 0 starts I would I came in with lots of pain waiting 6 hours for them to tell me “I’m fine “ I didn’t get any pain meds , they ran test and had me wait in the lobby . The Dr gave me my results in a hallway. Won’t be coming here ever again
From the nurses to the techs and Dr's everyone took amazing care of my grandson.
Having been here multiple times for the same thing, history is in records, they were latent, bad patient communication and loved to get money but zero effort on moving a patient to bed or treatment. My daughter has been there 4 times , same deal , crohns, and this time she is being held hostage . Never again, stomach issues , go somewhere , like FortWorth , where there is help. Care is bad , nurses on phone, lazy..... I could go on.
Horrible!!! Took my daughter to E.R in pain with chest pains , numbness in legs and hand ..My daughter was screaming in the waiting area no one came over to see about her .I talked to the nurse at and asked her how long. She was so non concerned and said she would message the doctor...Me being a nurse myself knowing first hand those symptoms or is to be took straight to the back...So I ended up taking my daughter to another hospital. She was admitted for stroke and COVID.. If the nurses you hire don't like there job they are in the wrong field .
They will not take care of you here. They will run test and misdiagnosis you. Have you waiting in the waiting room forever. Will not be coming back to this location.
Wasted my time by scheduling an appointment they do not even do, and not calling to let me know, they did not do it.
I've been here for three days hospitalized for my ovarian cysts and in reality they are too good, but the best thing is the treatment of the nurses, they have made this easier I am too attentive and professional I have felt like I was at home thanks to Kausar, Sunita and karma they are too attentive they control my pain and apart from that they are aware of everything
Went to ER July 8,2026 around 11pm. After checked in and called to the back, spoke with a robotic lady staff member. No introduction just spitting out questions and demands. So unfriendly, just set on getting done like a assembly line. Tall male Dr. came in very professional and friendly. Noticeably busy yet made sure everything was understood. Unfriendly, lady, staff member commented about no rooms available, however, very shortly we were taken to a room. A nurse came in handing out instructions to things that were already done. Never gave her name and again rushing and unfriendly. Bed noted with hair on sheet and smelled. (Should've taken pictures) So up to the chair I went. Soon after another nurse (Shelly or Shelby) came in much kinder. She let us know she was the last nameless nurse's replacement. Ask for a blanket and was told if they had any available which I never received. The sweetest lady that delivers the worse news came in from billing. So kind, friendly and professional. Then the doctor returns again very professional, kind and explained everything. Afterwards a RN came to see how everything was going. I think she must have been the charge. Very kind though. You never know who's watching. I too am a nurse of many years and was livid with some of the treatment, poor bedside manner from some and the filthy room and bed. I came here a few years ago and had a wonderful experience back then. My how things have changed for the worse. My advice to please clean rooms, beds and mattresses. Oh yeah, and a blanket in a freezing room would be nice. After all, this is a hospital. Staff if you can't handle your workload try something else. Sick people need help and compassion. The medical field can be difficult and overwhelming I truly am aware. Try not to make it so obvious it is not the patient's fault. Be grateful you are working because there are many others who are not.
Friendly staff and much faster service than the other big hospitals in the area.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
