Dr. William Crawford did an excellent job on my two surgeries. He repaired tendon ruptures and corrected high arches during two extensive procedures. Dr. Crawford is an extremely competent surgeon - very sharp, with the ability to process information quickly. You can tell his mind is always several steps ahead. I had a 100% positive outcome. Dr. Crawford and his staff were a pleasure to work with: friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Crawford and his team.
#justiceforsamaria silence is not an option!!!!!
I just heard about the absolute most ATROCIOUS VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS THAT I HAVE EVER HEARD IN ALL OF MY YEARS. I’m still in TOTAL SHOCK that the words ACTUALLY came out of a real human-beings mouth. A human with apparent emotions, clearly ZERO empathy because how can you(even for a JOB) be completely fine telling any single human being that the doctors office CHARGES A YEARLY MEMBERSHIP FEE TO GET HEALTHCARE! YES! SERIOUSLY! $2500 A YEAR MEMBERSHIP FEE TO SEE A DOCTOR FOR BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION! AND NO IT IS NOT AN INSURANCE REPLACEMENT! THIS COUNTRY IS A JOKE! I genuinely can not believe that there is even ONE human out there that sees or hears about this and is TOTALLY FINE not only repeating the words out loud, but actually intending on ENFORCING IT! WWHHAAATTTTT?! Wake UUUPPPPPPP!!!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING! BARBARIC! SLIMY! GREEDY! AAATTRRRRROOOCCIIOOUUSSSS! If anyone thinks this is about the money, YOU’RE DEAD WRONG! IT IS A HHUUMMAANNNN RRIIGGHHHTTTSSSS VVIIOOLLAATTIIOOONNNNNN! But we’re all too brainwashed to know the difference. Every single person in this office that perpetuates this ABSOLUTE RUBBISH is no better than the other. You’re all greedy swine with zero actual care for the human population. Karma will come for you one day, that’s the only way I can sleep at night after hearing such DISGUSTING information. Have the day (pfft LIFE) you all deserve, because I know it ain’t a good one
Texas Health in Kaufman said they did X-rays and said nothing was broken sent her home the very next day I take her to a different hospital and come to find out her pelvis is broken so yayyy to Kaufman for letting my mom be in pain for that much longer because they are lazy at that hospital and do not want to do their job.
Your public disagreement with Blue Cross is disgusting. Always demanding more money, yet for a so called non-profit, THR is one of the most profitable health care companies in the country. Your CEO earned $3.8 million last year. Greed at its best.
Dallas on walnut hill lane… I’m sad to say their level of care has declined! Don’t take yourself or family there if you value yourself and your families healthcare!
I just wanted everyone to know that Dr Terrence McCarthy ER Dr Fort Worth Texas Health Resources was absolutely amazing! I went in Saturday morning for what I thought was a stroke but it was only High BP. I just received a call from Dr McCarthy today asking how I was doing and if I was Okay? Never have I gotten a call from any Dr in my life to check on me! I’m not going to lie I thought something came back abnormal or something bad, but it was simply Dr McCarthy being compassionate and caring. That was so sweet of him. More doctors like him should be recognized for their compassionate and caring ways. Thank you Dr McCarthy!
I took my granddaughter to their emergency room because she was having pain in upper abdomen when she ate or drank anything. The doctor told her she needed to see a GI doctor. she told him the soonest she could get in was 2 weeks. His recommendation to her was to just not eat anything for the next 2 weeks but to take small sips of water. She had already been without food for a week. I took her to a different emergency room a couple of days later and they admitted her and scoped her. The doctor said she had a bad case of esophagitis and ulcers in her throat. This is what should have been done in the first place instead of just advising her to not eat. I will never use this hospital again!!!
Dr Christopher John Cooper performed surgery for a hernia on my mother and she is now bedridden and incontinent. His office refuses to place a prior authorization to Humana for a wound vac to help her surgery hole heal up. Their follow up care is cruel and inhumane. Dr Scott Talbot is my mother’s PCP in Texas Health Care System. They are refusing to place a prior authorization for the hole in my mother’s stomach saying it’s not their responsibility. The Surgeon should do this. Both doctors are in Texas Health System. The follow up care is atrocious and possibly deadly. I would rate Texas Health Care System zero stars for the way their doctors do NOT communicate for the benefit of the patients!
Intake nurses were rude, sat in the ER Waiting Room for 3+ hours in a wheelchair, other than going for an x-ray, etc. Many people came and were put into rooms while I remained in my wheelchair in the waiting room. When the male nurse, another rude one, was asked about the situation, he stated that they had no rooms. Of course, you do not, as everyone has been taken back and filled them up. During this time, I was the only person in the ER Waiting Room as every person who came before and after me was in a room. He started to say that he was not going to continue this conversation, and the conversation ended as it was apparent that he was not going to assist us. When I could no longer sit in the hard chair, I approached the male nurse and asked for a room. He stated the same as above, and he also stated the Dr. would be out soon to discharge me. About 15 mins. passed, I was taken to a bed in the Intake Triage Area and I was so glad. It made no difference that it was in the Triage Area. The doctor arrived about 10 minutes later AND SHE WAS AWESOME. I have left 2 voicemails for the department that sends out the How did we do email and no response.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
