Dr. Heil is a great physician! He's a very thoughtful and competent pain doctor for anyone looking for pain relief. I've seen him help so many patients over the past couple years since he took over the Keller office. Highly recommend!

This office is horrible. Every appointment I’ve had, I’m stuck waiting 45 minutes to over an hour just to see the doctor. Nothing is done about my pain either. I highly recommend finding another pain management provider.

My mother went to see this Dr and left without any medication. Only wants to perform procedures that she cannot afford. It is a sad time when your Dr doesn't trust their patient to be responsible for medication. That thought process has turned Drs into puppets or they just make more money performing procedures, even when they don't work. And they don't work on everyone. So our search for a respectful, caring doctor continues. Doctor offices need to pay attention to these reviews because I didn't up until now. These will either bring you more patients or turn more away.

Absolutely the worse Physician. Does not provide a consistent care plan. Does not follow Medical board requirements. He will refuse to explain his reasoning and falls upon giving false information as a scare tactic. If you value your life do not see this NP he will put you in harms way.

After suffering intense pain from Guillian Barre Syndrome, I was near the point of thinking I'd never find pain relief. I have regained hope after meeting Dr. Heil! Not only did he immediately help me find the best Nuerological care he has an amazing plan for pain relief and I trust him completely. Other Doctors have not been understanding enough about my illness. I have never met a Doctor so knowledgeable and caring. I am truly blessed to find him. Highly recommended!

Dr. Heil is very knowledgeable but seems to lack a genuine concern about a patient presenting in pain. He wants to follow a pre-set way of how he wants to treat a patient. There is no prescriptions or medication help for chronic pain patients on the first visit. As I said he is a knowledgeable young doctor but I think he still had a lot to learn in patient management.
