Posting this for my very frustrated husband, He was there for an MRI, and did online check in ahead of time, only to get there and they didn’t have that info and made him do it again. They finally took him back 90 minutes after his appointment, with no communication of what’s going on. As if this wasn't bad enough, when he finally went to get his car in the parking garage, the ticket wouldn’t scan, so he couldn't even exit the garage! A police officer had to let him out. It was the worst situation he's ever encountered. Hoping that Touchstone will get the bugs worked out before his next appointment.

Will not be back to this "new"inconvenient location. Staff is wonderful- Parking is a headache in the garage and they do not validate. *you'll need a credit or debit card to pay parking or they'll bill you. Even with early arrival you have to wait.

All good, once I found the new Rosedale FTW location. The new location was nice and very cool. The workers as usual were very helpful explaining registration

Very clean new facility, fast and courteous. All employees I met were pleasant and professional. Highly recommended. New location is on the top floor of the parking garage at Baylor Scott and White.

New location is terrible and impossible to find. Even the valet didnt know where this office was. There should be clear instructions that tell patients that the office is ABOVE the parking garage.
