My father had to go in for a pet scan which requires for him to lay down for quite some time and I wasn't informed until just recently my him that when he was trying to get up the female clinical stuff that was helping him he needed her to help him get up and off the table and she had been very aggressive and forceful with him and he said if he wasn't holding on to the table she would have yanked right off. My father has multiple health issues, mild dementia and recently had a spine surgery and I don't understand why clinical stuff was showing such aggression to assist an elderly man.

The wait is so long you already can't eat and they don't want you too drink anything and i get sick when i can't eat so im upset that they schedule my appointment then i get her 15 minutes early like they asked and im still waiting a long time....i will tell my doctor im not coming here again send me some were else,,

Always behind unless you are first apt time in the morning. I also requested ALL of my images to be put on a CD and mailed to my home locally. They did not arrive after two weeks of waiting. I called to go pick up the CD. I was told it would be ready at 1 pm got there at 5:30 and no CD had been made for me. Again they were behind. Waited for 15 minutes. Poor customer service. Understaffed at the front desk. I will never use them again!

I waited for an hour for a routine mammogram and then had to leave for another appt. Last time I had a mammogram I was in/out in 15 minutes. Plus-parking was a pain, and I had to pay $2 for the priviledge of waiting for an hour.
