Marisela at the front desk was amazing. She may be whole experience so wonderful. Not only was she wonderful to me, but she was so helpful to an older lady behind me. We need more people like her!

Scheduled for 2 MRIs here to be done back to back. Everything set up and confirmed in advance with Touchstone AND our insurance and when we get here we are told that we must reschedule the second exam for at least 24 hours after the first. There was a long wait standing in line in the waiting area to check in when we arrived. The link they texted to do the paperwork in advance didn’t work and the girl behind the desk was heavy on the attitude. We normally use Touchstone in Southlake where we’ve never had a negative experience so this was a surprise after their usually wonderful service.
