Do not put your loved one here. Despite the place looks nice, it's obvious they are there to rake in the money.My aunt went there for rehabilitation after Covid19. She is a single independent woman with no children to depend on. Since she realized that simply doing 5 minutes of walking she would get exhausted, living alone, and almost 70, she needed breathing rehabilitation and some dedicated tlc for about a week. Don't come to Trail Lake Nursing Rehabilitation for that. From 1 pm to 7 pm she never received a doctor's visit nor her medications. For $6500 a month you would think they would have beds that can conform to patients needs and wifi. Nope. My aunt had to request a bed and even then the bed couldn't recline as needed to be comfortable. You were supposed to crank it but it did not work. Food was horrible. My aunt was crying.The staff made me go through their Covid19 wing. No assistance whatsoever to wheel my aunt out. I did it all. As I had to move my car closer, a woman in nursing uniform said my aunt was fine since she was able to walk about and didn't need the wheelchair. I snapped and she laughed and told her peers that we were leaving because their sheets had holes. I said more than that. My aunt's emotional state goes down every time she talks about that place and she is concerned about her future in a retirement community. The quality of care at this place is horrid.Top it off that her shall went missing Within the small window of time that she was there. I called four times and the phone rings and they hang up on me. If you do get the phone service the option to speak with an administrator is answered by their activity director. This is my public service announcement that this place needs to be shutdown or revamped.I can laugh about it now. $6,500 per month to sleep in a broken bed and sheets full of holes. Smh.

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone. They do not think about the loved ones of there patients. They are a law suit waiting to happen. They don't contact the family when they now the patient is declining. Nor after they die.. It is sad

I worked there thru agency and they lied about my time of working i worked a 12 hrs shift because that's what they switched too but told my agency I came in 2-10 after being short after having agency in the building they have the nerve to play with someone money im highly passed because I had to work 2 halls that they was so short

I arrived here Monday, May 18, 2021 I was dropped in a room left alone for hours on a broken bed no greeting no admitting paperwork no nothing my medication was not ready I was supposed to be on the air mattress because of the wounds I have but I ended up on a broken bed the place smell like a dead animal So far there’s only been one nurse that has been nice everybody else doesn’t care I do not recommend this place at al

Absolutely HORRIBLE !! I suffer from MAJOR depression and suicidal ideations & self harm . I HAVE WORKED HERE 4 MONTHS throughout my 4 months of working here I have been falsely terminated 4 TIMES . Monday April 19th 2021 I was called into the office and terminated by Sam from corporate (which Ive never met or seen before “for “not having control over my mental disability “ after being promised a promotion by HR . I’ve reported me being bullied by staff members for 3 weeks and was finally called into the office to be terminated where me being bullied or harassed at work was never mention or taken into consideration. I have contacted upper management and the 800 number on the wall is totally BOGUS this entire biilding is ran off friendship not good workers or people that care for family memes . You or your family don’t deserve to experience I evil place like this .. Employment or residential wise . We all deserve better .

I worked at Trail Lake for 4 months if you love your family , DO NOT SEND THEM HERE . They hire uncertified RAs so they can pay them less & they don’t change the patients or answer the room lights . They don’t feed the patients that are incompetent for days the whole building is messy and more focused on each other than the patients they don’t work here because they like what they do .. the urine smell on the halls are bad like breath taking bad .. I have pictures, videos and recordings of residents being ignored and crying for help .. The patients here are sweet and don’t ask for much this place needs to be SHUT DOWN .. I’ve walked in and witnessed feces on the bathroom walls and the axe is just disgusting .. You and your family deserve better . Employment and residential wise .

I just want to start off saying thank you to these people for their hard work, not only are they trying to help the residents there, they are also dealing with the worlds problems. Over worked and non appreciated. Sure can they're be some problems, but we are all human amd noones perfect. Ome thing for sure these employees deserve more and a applause. Just need to be a bit more organized. Thanks to Denise , and the director John for hearing me out about my mom who was under there care amd thank you to to everyone there from the person doimg covid testing to making the meals. God bless

Zero stars. This place should be shut down. My mother was sent here for rehab because Harris could not find a better level facility that will take Covid patients. This was after sepsis and she currently has Covid. They did not separate her from other patients as they are supposed to. The nurse said she was not in a Covid area of the facility and she tried to argue that my mom doesn’t have Covid when she was tested at Harris the prior day. She arrived at 6-7 pm Thursday and at 9:30 after not getting food or her nightly meds or her oxygen, she began calling the nurse call button while we were on FaceTime with her and she was ignored for an hour. I tried calling and no answer. I decided to go up there and when no one came to the door and my mom was still waiting for a nurse, I called police and ambulance. Had it been an emergency she would have died because no one answered her request for a nurse. I got her out of there. The nurse that came outside was very rude, not apologetic and said I shouldn’t be mad because she just checked her pulse ox and it was 95 - she missed the whole point. My mom was ignored for hours! This place should be shut down. No excuse for this! My brother got the whole nightmare on video of that so called nurse acting stupid and rude.

My mother was there after getting COVID. They do not allow her physician in and the one they have NEVER updates anybody. I went to see her and my feet stuck to the dirty floor. Some of her belongings are missing, she was seldom bathed and the overall experience was terrible. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE
