Dr Driver ordered x-rays for my daughter and it was pointless to do that since she is 11 and there is no surgical possibility until she is at least 18. I informed the office of this and they have refused to cover the charges of the x-ray and we are out $292! I trusted that since they advertise they specialize in Pediatric Foot Care, they would know an 11 year old does not have closed growth plates. If there is no surgical option until age 18, this was very unnecessary and costly. We have notified our HSA of this negligence (medically unnecessary diagnostic imaging) and Touchstone Imaging has been notified as well. How would one know to question x-rays that are ordered by a doctor? The response they gave was that "they must have all the information in order to provide their expertise". ALL the information about my child was given (Age especially). Age was ALL that was needed to be able to advise that there was NO Treatment or surgery option AT ALL. They stuck us with the bill for unnecessary X-rays and continue to defend their poor practice. Any other reputable business would at the very least, offer partial compensation of the unnecessary X-rays. This office doesn't even acknowledge any wrongdoing. Still feel like we were taken advantage of and there was a personal relationship with the imaging office and a desire to 'line their pockets' with more money. They can't even use the x-rays in 6 years when my child is a candidate for surgery. They are useless!!

My mother is 73 years old. She went to this doctor Dr. Beede help with treatment for her gout that she has. The doctor was rude and cold. So my mother talked to the Office Manager named Diana about the Doctor and how she felt. Well Diana was just as rude as if someone pissed in her cheerios. If you are an elderly patient, I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I tried to work with the representative in their billing department on a upcoming surgery and she was so unkind and very unprofessional. I understand we all can have a bad day, but it's important for businesses to provide professional and compassionate customer service, regardless of the department. I was trying to find out information about a foot surgery and coordinating cost/coding with my insurance company. Her response to me was "you can have as many surgery's as you want, you can have your left hand done, you can have your right hand done, you can have your brain surgery done". Wow how kind of her to say. We have a little boy who has had brain surgery, to speak inappropriate and insensitive, especially considering your personal situation it is uncalled for. I would advise for management to be concerned for or well being and address the issue and ensure better customer service in the future. Maybe my expectations and standards are too high for a person working in a billing department, it's possible that she is just untrained.

Great surgeon Dr. Beede and very friendly and responsive staff. Dr. Beede did surgery on my wife 12 years ago and I knew I would have the same great results...and I did!

You raised a beautiful son at the Southwest hospital to save Tom. It's calm, thank you and them, and thank you very much. He saved him at the hospital and did his surgery. And I'm very, very frightful for all his team for saving him. You did a wonderful job and I'm thinking your son for everythank. You're son did a wonderful job for saving my Tom.
