The doctors here are the most incompetent and unprofessional medical personnel I have ever seen. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a medical setting. 35 days ago my doctor referred me to Trinity pain management due to a severe automobile accident. Trinity called me ask me what I need to be seen for I told them it was for a automobile accident that occurred on September 12. I told them the urgency and which I needs to be seen, they gave me the next available appointment, today October 23. I took off half a day at work, drove to the facility, and was very excited to get my treatment started due to the horrible suffering I've had since the accident. I waited in the room for over an hour. Finally the doctor comes in, she does not introduce herself, and she does not apologize for making me wait an hour. She then told me that since I had a pending automobile accident claim my health insurance would not pay for the visit. I told her that was fine I knew that I would pay out of pocket and get reimbursed from the claim. Without any sort of compassion, consideration, or professionalism, this doctor tells me get my health insurance, the one who denied my coverage, is preventing her from taking any money for me. She tells me that my health insurance can refuse to pay for my services, and prevent her or anyone else from providing me medical care, even if I don't submit a claim to them, and pay, in full, in cash. This is obviously not true. Every single medical facility in the United States of America gives you two options: pay with your insurance, or self pay. I asked her if I had just wasted the last 35 days where you can get treatment for my condition, took half a day off of work, and waited over an hour in the room for her to tell me this is nothing she's going to do. See was going to give me the name of a person that would be able to treat me. I asked her if she could call their office to give me a rush visit since I just wasted all this time with her. She said she could not do it. I then asked her if they don't treat people with open insurance claims, then why was I not told that over the phone the day the appointment with me when I clearly told them I was coming in for an automobile accident. Her callous remark was "I had the same thing happened to me. I was rear-ended just like you. But I didn't file a medical claim." It felt to me she was insinuating that I did not have a legit reason to file a claim. I didn't ask her to put it in writing that she is unable to accept my money because my insurance, who denied coverage, is somehow preventing her from letting me cash pay. This place is absolutely horriblen. The doctors here are an absolute disgrace do the medical community, the medical field, and the medical personnel that have sworn an oath to do no harm! That oath does apply to intentional harm as well as harm caused by pure incompetence and chronic laziness. Do not go here under any circumstances!
Dr. Classen will argue with you if you ask for pain meds. He won't describe pain meds he is prescribing to you which is why I'm in the ER. He believes everyone who asks for meds is an addict.The phones mostly go to voicemail and no one calls you back. He prescribed a pain med two times that I said I'm allergic too. He just recently prescribed a med that helps people transitioning off of opioids. He didn't offer an explanation. I've never taken opioids. The most I took was Lyrica, that his daughter prescribed. The ER doc and paramedics just told me that Dr. Classen's decision to put me on Buprenorphine and Naloxone is "strange" and not why this med is prescribed. Please don't go to this doctor.
This office is an absolute JOKE! this has got to be the most poorly run and mismanaged medical office I've ever encountered. The support staff and medical assistants could care less about patient care and treatment. The incompetency is unbelievable. When you call their office, they will leave you an eternal hold. They are like the Keystone cops. No one knows anything about what's going on with your care and their attitudes are ridiculous. There's one medical assistant in particular by the name of Jazmine R who has a smart mouth and a nasty attitude. It took their office staff over a week from the date of my visit to send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. In that I called and called and no one and I mean no one cared that I needed my medicine or cared to help me. Their insurance department, if they actually have one, has no clue about health insurance. They needed to appeal a decision for a CT scan with my insurance company and no one knew how to do it or cared to do it. Jazmine even ask me "did you call us back and make sure that we did It"? I mean, I honestly thought that I was being Pranked dealing with this office. I'm not surprised that they're google and yelp reviews only have two stars. In fact that's two stars too many. If there was a way I could give negative stars for this company I would certainly do it. They'll file your insurance and they'll get paid, but they're not going to do one thing for your treatment and care. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST!
I wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars. I have never seen such a poorly run and mismanaged medical office in my life. I’ve been in healthcare management for 37 years. Trinity Pain medicine associates is what I would consider an extreme example of what NOT to do in a healthcare office. As a patient the office and support staff could care less about your needs and treatment. They will leave you on eternal hold when you call their office. It’s like the Keystone cops there. Nobody knows one thing about what’s going on. They were supposed to handle insurance matters for me to have a CT scan that never was taken care of. it took the office staff over a week to call in prescriptions that were prescribed the day of my visit. In that week, no one was helpful nor did they care to help me get my prescriptions called in.There is one medical assistant in particular named Jazmine R who has a smart mouth and a terrible attitude. These people are nothing short of a joke! Stay away at all cost from Trinity Pain medicine.
I've been seeing Dr. Classen and his team for over ten years. The quality of care and the results of various treatments far outweighs having to wait a little extra for my appointment. I know when he's with me, his attention is 100% with me. For the past 5 years I've had a pain pump. Their professional care in appointments for refills have given me the confidence to use the pump and receive most excellent results. Top notch!
Don't walk away from this clinic, RUN, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I went for my first visit with dr Bailey and it was OK I guess. She said no medicine which was OK since it was my first visit so she said I needed injections in my SI joint and that would help alot. Well I already knew I didn't need those because the neurosurgeon at ut Southwestern said it was not the SI joint but rather all the loose hardware in my spine. Well I agreed to have them anyway so on the day I was supposed to go I had to go to the emergency room because the pain got so bad. I called this office at least 10 time to let them know I wasn't coming and 'couldn't get an answer all day. The next day I called again and was able to speak with someone and ended leaving 4 messages with one of the girls to have the scheduling dept call me and they never did. Finally a few days later I was able to make an appt. I went in and when dr Bailey came in she was mad as hell accusing me of going to the er and really not hurting that bad and I did that just to get out of the injections and that I never called to cancel which was BS. I called many many times. I listened to her talk down to me at least 20 minutes she was rude and nasty to me. I was stupid enough to reschedule the injections and my appt was at 430 pm. The clinic called and said I would need to be there at 2pm instead so I had to leave the appt I was at to get there by 2pm. I did and set in that waiting room on hard metal chairs and then 4pm rolls around and I start asking what the hell, you call me in early and I'm still sitting here and keep in mind the terrible pain I was in. They said I still had 4 people in front of me and it would be about 2 more hrs. Hell no I'm going home. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional and it's not the SI joint anyway. Anyway never went back. I don't see drs that have no respect for a patient nor one like Bailey that is extremely ugly to me for no reason. What a joke this place is. RUN, RUN . .
Two stars overall is complete nonsense. Dr. Dao is a five star physician. After 20 years of being in pain management, I'm in tune with who is good and who isn't... this an excellent clinic.

This is a great place. Dr. ABC practices cutting-edge medicine, and they offer every solution for pain management (epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, pain pumps, kyphoplasty, botox for chronic migraines, etc.). They listen and will be able to help you.
I was scheduled to have injection in cervical spine on 12/31 . I was at surgery center had already recieved intravenous medication for procedure. Then Dr ABC came in so I proceed to try and explain the problems I had with the office on getting meds. She got defensive when I tried to explain that through thier patient portal I could show her the problems I was having like not listening to me or asking me about past medication they submitted a list to labcorp with medication on it I haven't taken in over a year. When I pointed that out I was being hostile according to her and she refused to do procedure. I have all screen shots from portal and filed complaint with state medical board. I WOULDN'T USE THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING.
