Excellent team with excellent services.
We used to love this place for its efficiency and compassionate providers. The last 2 visits have been completely opposite, however; the first one they had a technical issue preventing them from opening my son’s (10m) chart (or so they claimed) and left us waiting in the patient room for over an hour while they skipped over him. So, I’m holding a crying baby, listening to them laugh and socialize at the nurse’s station. No one came in to check or to update me. I figured that could happen to anyone, not their fault necessarily. We went back today, and though I had confirmation texts and emails, they claim not to have my son’s appointment on their schedule. They said they would see him after everyone else was seen, and they did not seem to care whatsoever… I will say the MA who took his vitals seemed nice. Really sad because this was a nice back up plan to the pediatrician. What’s the point of making appointments if “technical difficulties” still cause you to wait 1-2 hours? Plus, having a staff that (mostly) seems to not care? Yuck.
Good service, not waiting so long.
I had a great experience. All the staff members were really nice and helpful.
Gosh are they slow. My son went in twice to get stitches and get them removed. Both times we just sat and waited for more than an hour and watched people, who came in after us leave while we still waited. All while my 3 year old sat scared to get the stitches and have them removed. We literally spent 2 hours waiting to have his stitches removed. On top of it, when they put in the stitches it was a very traumatic experience for both my son and me. They made me lay on top of him to hold him down, while the doctor held her hand over his mouth to stop him from screaming. It was awful and I felt it could have been handled so much better. I wish there were more kids urgent care services in the area.
I had high hopes coming here as it was highly recommended. However spent more than an hour waiting and not even sure I saw a doctor? We did get tested for flu, strep and COVID. There were no masking protocols, which with it being highly contagious airborne disease season at a children’s urgent care seems a bit careless. Staff was courteous enough but wasn’t even greeted when walking in. It was just a mess, definitely will not be back.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly, but the Dr was very unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment online and arrived ten minutes early as instructed, but we wait 2 hours in the waiting room. The Dr never introduced herself so I’m not even sure what her name is, she came in the room and just stared at me for what seemed like ten minutes. She stared at me and stared back at her waiting for her to say something. She stood at the door with it half opened and finally said “what’s the problem” then walked out without even saying anything, she did three times in the middle of conversation. She had no care in the world for our concerns so I just said “ok I’ll just take him somewhere else if it continues” she then walked out without saying anything, we weren’t sure if we were getting discharge papers or what was going on so we sat there for a while and she finally stuck her head in the door and said “oh you’re free to leave”. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in a children’s medical facility.
The staff and Dr were so nice and their bedside manner was the best I have seen! They were quick and efficient, all while making sure we felt good. Love this place and staff!! Will always recommend them first from now on!
I brought my son in for hurting neck. Customer service in front was very nice and helpful. The nurse that helped us was very nice as well! It was busy, I understand, but the Dr. Immediately said "we don't do X-rays on spine and I'm going to do a step test, cause strep is going around allot right now" I told her my son, had Strep the end of August, and she said that his neck hurting could be part of having strep. So I told her to go ahead and do the step test...... Anyway, I felt as if she had diagnosed him before she even saw him, she wasn't as friendly as the other people working at this location.
Always very kind staff!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
