This place is far more that awesome. People who leave bad reviews for this location are probably miserable. The staff is always amazing, I come to this place all the time and ever regret it. Shot out to the hard working staff. Love you guys! Keep up the great work! Hulen is so lucky to have a great place to take sick children!

The absolutely worst, staff, customer service and patient care. I brought my child here and I seen previous reviews billing dispute reviews for this ofc but we have been to Urgent Care Kids in McKinney and never a billing issue with my child’s coverage; she has dual coverage. We were seen back in March no issues so, I thought but then months later we got a bill. I called her secondary information wasn’t there and was going to get billed. Now months later I came to bring my child in and was refused care for an outstanding bill at urgent care for a child. I will never go to another urgent care and these people will never get a dime from me! Miserable little people. I wish I could give no stars cause they deserve none. And I took this picture for my review and they came running out with their little cameras trying to chase my car down with my kids in it in the rain. So unprofessional, it took a lot not to act crazy.

Thank you to the personnel (front office staff, nurse, physician) at this location for your professionalism and sympathy towards my son, who was having a terrible allergic reaction. You rushed us back to get vitals and an exam room, and we were able to see the doctor within 5 minutes of entering the door. Your staff was kind and knowledgeable, and you understood a mother's sense of urgency in a scary situation like this. I cannot say enough good things about my experience last night. Thank you!!!

The staff was friendly and attentive but the tech who made the ortho brace did it improperly. Her brace didn’t even cover my son’s buckle fracture. The X-rays did not cover all angles. I had to leave and end up going to Cook ED to have a new brace made. The NP was kind but was about to refer us to Scottish Rite until I suggested Cook Orthopedic clinic. Overall the clinic was clean, the wait was longer than expected and I still had to go to Cook after my visit with Urgent Care for Kids.
