Had to wait a hour the young lady up front I think her name was Janet not very helpful. Finally saw doctor 1 hour and ten minutes later and was in there for 2 minutes. 🤬

My doctor is absolutely great. The nurses that are supposed to schedule biopsies though are not very good. I’ve been waiting a week and still have not gotten it and you would think they would wanna call you when you’re supposed to be getting a cancer screening biopsy.

Urology Clinics of North Texas has a very nice, roomy and clean waiting room! Their office personnel are extremely friendly and courteous! The nurse that drew my blood was very friendly and was awesome at drawing my blood, I didn’t even feel the stick! The Nurse Practitioner was very friendly and considerate, she made me feel at ease! I recommend Urology Clinics of North Texas to anyone needing a Urologist!

I don't like the pre check in. I provide lists with all medications, allergies, pharmacy. In addition I also provide a list of Doctors noting specialty, address and phone number. I also provide a list indicating all of my procedures for the last 71 years. I should be able to exit the system. I tried to explain to receptionist and was told to fill it out. I didn't complete it. I gave the PA the 3 pages of information and she was going to have it scanned into my records. By the way, this wasn't my first time appointment. It was a follow up. I have been having appointments here for over 2 years. Everything else was a 5
