Urology Partners Of North Texas's Online Review Report Card

I went to this office Wednesday October 1 and it’s now Friday October 10th. When I seen the Dr I was told he will check my bloodwork that same day and send my prescription to my pharmacy. I have been calling since the day after to see what’s going on. Every time I call the office, I can not get through to them, I’m on hold forever and get sent to the call center where I leave a message with them and they get the message to the office. I’ve been doing it for 7 business days now and no call back from Dr office. I’ve never heard of or ever seen anything like this. I can’t believe this is the way they handle their clients with no importance at all. Horrible experience, I would recommend stay as far away as possible. And I haven’t even begun to tell you about the experience checking In. That would take way too long and trust me, it was a nightmare, I didn’t get to the back for over an hour to hour and a half. Do not visit this office, horrible and worst I’ve ever been a part of.

Service is great. But the appointment number is horrible. My impression is they outsource the calls and I always speak with someone who has a different English dialect.

Dr Moore and his staff were very professional and nice. Dr Moore is a very caring compassionate and competent physician. I’m glad he’s my urologist!

I had a 12 :45 apt of which I received no insrructions about what to prepare for except the time. I arrived and only 3 patients waiting and I waited at least 30 mins. I looked for water to drink and all they had out was hot water and 2 cups no coffee not anything all cabinets and drawers were empty. I was finally called back and told needed urine sample and had 20 mins to give and asked if I needed water to drink, yes 40 mins ago. So I walked out as it was boss's day and everyone too busy eating catered lunch since that's all I saw staff doing basically. Guess time to find another new urologist, previous one retired, in the meantime I get to worry for months at what stage my prostate cancer is at since I've noticed some swelling recently so was wanting to get biopsy done but who cares at this clinic, the Dr.s maybe good but staff is lousy and thats the complaint about this place is the staff! Oh I've seen Dr Thurman only 2x in 2 yrs and 4 visits. Calls are from there care team who didn't care enough to call!!! And because I posted a bad review I'll get the same generic reply all one star reviews get so dont bother ive read them! And I will not get a call from the clinic care team because they dont care!!! By the time I can get apt with another urologist I'll probably need surgery that may have been prevented with an efficient staff so now i just get to worry about my cancer thank you!!!!!!

This was my first visit, by referral. Large, busy office, but was attended to promptly and efficiently. All staff were friendly and seemed genuinely helpful. Dr was great. Explained in detail in a way I could understand, and promptly came up with a change to previous treatment that has been a dramatic improvement.

The staff and Drs.are very nice and tell you what the test and options are.
