Reaching out to this place just to see if they accept OB patient and was signed up with Dr. Gladys Tse by an usmd staff.It is almost impossible to set up an appointment with the actual staffs of Dr. Tse when dialing the number provided.After 4, 5 times calling back and forth, I received an voicemail saying they are not able to accept OB patient due to other patients' schedules.Unprofessional ways of communication.No other ways to get a hold with Dr. Tse office like emails follow up or texts.

Been waiting an hour and the front desk just told me I have to wait longer because they FORGOT to tell them I was here! Garbage! I can never get in with O’Toole and even when I make an appt they always call and reschedule me. I’m done with this practice!

USMD Alliance clinic - Doctor was fine, office workers are very deceptive with finances. They quote an estimate and jack it up at the last minute, demanding prepayment in excess of 1200 bucks or no surgery. The fact you have great insurance, as we do, means nothing. The person who books the surgery is vile, she shouts at you and cancels your appointment without consulting the doctor if she finds out you suggested a common sense and workable solution to a billing issue. Then as a surprise you will get a demand 4 days from surgery for 5k prepayment from the surgical suite. Even the folks downstairs at the surgical center see the issues. Shady business, they only care about money and they want it quick so you can wait months for reimbursement or refunds. If you have another in network option who has fair and open billing practices go with them

Dr Khan is great! If I call first thing in the morning I’m able to get in the same day for sick appointments. Also they have in house labs so no extra trips and I can get in & out within an hour. The staff is professional and the office is very clean and new 😀

Not professional and very condescending! They gave us wrong time and made us wait or come again couple hours later. I just left that place, will never come again!
