Vip Total Health & Hydration's Online Review Report Card

I went in to get on HRT (testosterone, as my levels were very low). We discussed putting me on a low dose treatment that would be refilled monthly and sent to my house. The following month, I reached out a week beforehand just to ensure it will be shipping....the nurse did not put in the order, so my testosterone came a week late. I told her to please just send me the invoice on the twentieth day and I will pay it for it to be ordered (was agreed upon and says thats what she typically does).....the following month comes....nothing again. Didn't even attempt to reach out to me. It's kind of odd that these are nurses, and they are aware that it is not safe to allow fluctuations with your hormones due to their lack of consistency. Very unprofessional, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

3rd time here and this place does not disappoint. Was taken as a walk in. The RN helped me pick my IV fluid bag since I am breastfeeding. They escorted me back, let me pick my chair (massage chair) and got me all set up with one poke. Definitely a blessing!

Ivory was wonderful! He helped us choose which IV package was best for each of us, made us feel comfortable (even with my little fear of needles) and we had a nice conversation while the IV’s were going. Clean, modern facility and top notch professionalism. We will certainly be back!

This used to be my happy place. Every time there's a "special" or membership advertised, they say "oh, we don't have that anymore OR oh, our website is not up to date" WTH?? Yeah, your website has a million grammatical errors too...if you can't get the admin part right, why should I trust you with my health??? I will be going somewhere else from now on.... Edited to add: They now charge a "convenience fee" for paying with a credit card. Prices are now for 1/2 a bag and not a full bag. They are too cheap to have more than ONE employee on a SATURDAY. Poor employee was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. My neighbor had to yell for me to get his attention because my IV was done and blood was backing up. I couldn't see him at all times, so I just had to cross my fingers and hope he was changing gloves in between patients. Good luck if you decide to take your chances. My only response to the IV Bar response is that it's not about having a special, it's about not honoring what's on your website. While grammatical errors may not impact service, it's very unprofessional. WHY IS THE WEBSITE STILL NOT UPDATED ONE WEEK LATER?? Memberships are still posted and not honored.

An amazing business run by a lovely owner! I was able to get a facial and my boyfriend got an Iv here. I had a fabulous experience with the hydra facial and highly recommend to anyone who needs a skin hydration boost! The lady doing my boyfriends iv was in a hurry so she did put his IV on a pressure bag and bolused it really quickly. While most of my IVs elsewhere take an hour to an hour and a half they bolused a liter into him in 20 minutes which seems like it could potentially be dangerous. He was fine though, didn't bruise since his veins are ropes and I trust that the nurse knew what she was doing in that circumstance so not a big deal. If she had tried to do that to me I'd question it. They have lots of unique treatments geared towards all genders and ages and health goals and I highly recommend checking out their services!

First time and my experience was great, I choose the cleanse IV added a B12 it being my first time Tyler’s explanation was thorough and clear, He was Very professional and helpful.The place is spotless clean. Comfortable & relaxing atmosphere is very relaxing. VIP -Total health and hydration is a gem if you like taking good care of yourself and your health, also a good regime to add for preventive maintenance to good health as well as recovery. I highly recommend this business, Easy to set up the appointment and have a lot of good products and services.

Love this place. Go here if you are not feeling well or need a boost. All the IV options are super helpful.
