I've had nothing but positive experiences in person, but I've been waiting on a call back for a procedure for nearly a month. And the last few days I've called and left messages and am not hearing back from them, it's rather frustrating.

Sadly the expertise of Dr. Martinez is greatly diminished by his support staff. The buck stops with him though. Our appointment was 1hour later than scheduled; not fun, but can happen. But when your call back number to connect with the office continues, I repeat continues to have this reply: "Sorry, this mailbox is full", then we have no confidence in this doctor and his crew. There is a serious lack of professionalism and care. We will not be back.

My PCP recommended me, and I couldn't be happier that I sought treatment here. Dr. Martinez and his staff were excellent and friendly! My situation was a strange one, but Dr. Martinez and I worked together on a solution. Ever since my procedure, my quality of life has skyrocketed. I definitely plan on returning for another round of treatment after the summer! I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure, and they made sure that any discomfort I felt was quickly resolved.

Dr Mike, Hailey and the entire staff are there to help you through some very difficult times. Pain SUCKS but he and staff kept me 100% informed, he saw me on a moments notice. It took 4 months, but I am off the pain meds, the injections worked for me both my sciatic and my neuropathy from scar tissue due to a back operation. 2021 was an awful year (broken back, cancer, covid, liver kidney's... and then the pain once I got off the fentanyl. I am living my life now. What was most inspiring was how Dr Mike and staff worked with the insurance companies and at times we worked around their bureaucracy to get the injections on a fast track... one every week. With insurance it took one every three weeks while they danced around preapproving. I 100% recommend Way Out West ... and they have the coolest office I have ever seen. Its part art museum. Love it!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Martinez and his staff. He's extremely professional, and has given me my life back, once again. His staff is phenomenal, efficient, and professional. I've been struggling with back pain for close to 30 years (Marine Corps injury) and getting relief was a priority. I booked an appointment with Dr. Martinez, and he was able to get me into surgery for injections and nerve blocks quite quickly. The relief was incredible. I felt like I could even go play golf, which I didn't, but I felt that good. It was a relief I'd not felt in many years. For those that have severe back pain, you know what I'm talking about. I'm praying that the relief will last a while, as I know this is not a permanent fix. However, it has been 3 months and the pain has subsided substantially. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Martinez if you are truly looking for relief. I feel that Dr. Martinez keeps up new practices and procedures that older doctors rarely seek out. This is one reason I sought out a younger more cutting edge doctor. BTW, If you are looking for a "pill mill" doctor, he's not for you. He likes to get to the "root" of the problem and do his best to resolve the issue. Way to go Doc, I really appreciate your help!
