My wife , daughter, and I have been with doctor Chang since we got married in 1982 (at age 28/24 respectively) . He takes specialized care of my wife who has fibromyalgia and other serious health issues. He is thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. Especially taking good care for my wife. I like the extra care with the MDVIP when my time is very limited at home during business hours working long hours in LA. He also had less our medication refills over the phone in a timely manor. Am very great full for keeping the 60 something old man up and running with my own health issues.

We have only been patients of Dr Change under MDVIP. This is the way medicine ought to be practiced. When looking for a doctor, I called and asked to set an appt to speak with him. He casually spoke with us in the lobby for an hour which was way beyond what I expected. We signed up on MDVIP in Dec 2017. Our expereince has been excellent. When needed, he often sees us same day. I have never had to noticeably wait. Dr Chang works with his patients and is never rushed in his appointments. IF that were to change, I would find another MDVIP{ or concierge doctor. Dr Chang is old school. That means he has training and experience that is wide and deep in internal medicine and other adjacent disciplines. He has worked in ERs and in hospitals. Newly minted doctors today are given little if any exposure to the range of medicine you will find in docs like Chang.

I have been seeing Dr. Chang for 15 yrs. or longer. The other review is correct that you would wait one to two hours to see him. A few years back Dr. Chang had over 2000 patients then he joined the MDVIP group which only allows the highest level of doctors in that group and around 400 patients. Since joining that group I have never waited at all for any service or office visit. Also if you need to see him ASAP you can simply walk-in and he will see you within 5 min. The reason he can provide the highest standard of care is that we pay a fee on top of the normal insurance costs. My reasons for staying with Dr. Chang is that he is that good I am willing to pay above the norm for his services.
