I came in to have blood drawn and was amazed by my experience. I usually pass out, but not this time… :) The 2 gals that draw blood are amazing @ what they do!

We really like Dr. Smith but the wait has been over an hour both appointments. Staff is not friendly at all.

Staff and Doctor were not helpful and I had to call twice just to get results. When I called, the staff gave information that did not match what the Doctor had said during our visit. I would not recommend going to this Doctor or office!

Was forced to “pre pay” for some reason. Eventually left after waiting over an hour to be seen by the doctor. We’ll see how difficult it is to get my pre-payment refunded…. UPDATE: It was fairly easy getting refunded. Only hiccup was I had to wait a few days while the billing office confirmed with the doctor’s office then call back.

If your looking for the best available Urologist around then don’t hesitate for one second in using Dr. Smith . He will give you all the information and help in making the best possible choices in moving forward with any issues you may be having . I couldn’t be happier in choosing him as my doctor . He is a total professional , easy to talk to and very confident in his abilities to help you . Very comforting to say the least especially when dealing with prostate cancer . I am on my road to recovery now from robotic prostate surgery and I feel very blessed to have found such a competent doctor as Dr. Smith . Thank you to him and his staff for making my experience the best it could have ever been .
