Front desk was amazing, such a pleasant atmosphere when walking in. Wait time was minimal. NP was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend.
Extremely unorganized, wouldn’t recommend.
Been really a good place I much rather spend a little more time with the Dr himself but aside for that its good
Irma (I’m not sure of her last name) and Dr. Wasson were great! I was in and out in a less than 2 hours, which was quick considering it was my intake appointment. The entire staff is lively, welcoming, and inclusive, and–side note–the office smelled very good and clean. They have a blood lab in house which is great if you ever need labs done; You can knock it all out in one place. Irma took my blood and was considerably thorough and kind. Dr Wasson explained everything I needed to know, and made sure we were on the same page. My experience was quick, concise, informative, and made me feel hopeful for my future medical needs. 10/10, would recommend!
Always a good experience. Morgan and the staff are so attentive and helpful!
Although they were running behind and seeing patients a 45 minute wait. Pedro was extremely helpful and professional. Did a really nice job first visit assessment, I look forward to meeting with her again soon.
Continued from previous comment, (apparently I pushed the wrong button), anyway, that was Saturday, after wasting all that time in a urgent care clinic, I found world medical group on zocdoc, and they had an available appt on Monday, big difference, short wait time and friendly staff. There wasn't a lot that could be done, ( badly sprained ankle) , but Doc Howard took the time to explain what I did and why there was little to be done ( stay off of it as much as possible and allow it to heal itself). Long story short, she was more informative and willing to help than my podiatrist. It was almost a sixty mile drive but it was worth it
Everyone is nice explain things to you. This clinic is about the patient and healing them.
My problem was with their luncheon seminars. I registered for one but when I arrived they had already given my seat away. The manager informed me that I had been told to arrive 15 minutes early but I checked their texts and found that to be untrue. I had wasted my morning and then was not allowed into the seminar. In my opinion, they are poorly managed.
I had a billing issue before, but it was resolved by manager John Burlock. If you have an issue I recommend talking straight to the office (phone extension 2) because the third party that answers the “billing” extension did not help. The manager resolved my problem in less than 5 minutes.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
