I went here back in January and was charged for a follow up I was told would be free. Every time I tried to talk to them about it their billing dept would be busy or out of office. When I would leave a message they would never return my call. So I would have to follow up every time they sent me the same bill to make sure they weren’t going to send it to collections or charge extra. Finally I got in contact with someone, but they told me 6 months later that my follow up was too far apart from the original appointment that they would have to charge it as a separate visit. Not happy with this location and will be finding somewhere else to go.

After being reached out too I realize my first review may have been a little too harsh. Most of the staff while visited there were friendly and great! I never got any relief in my knees from any of the treatments besides getting cortisone shots. I do feel I wasted a good amount of money but thanks to them for trying anyway 😊
