The surgery center was clean and all the staff were so helpful and sweet to both myself and my daughter that came with me. Definitely would go back if needed!

Had arthroscopic knee surgery here today. Staff, nurses and Surgeon were all courteous and very helpful. Was kept informed with constant updates on timing. Procedure explained as you would expect. Great experience for sure. Special thanks to the waiting area liason Betty. She was so awesome and caring!!

The staff were great. Our son had a mass on his knee removed, sent to lab for biopsy. We waited and waited for results. After weeks of nothing, we were finally told by dr the lab lost the sample. This is not ok. We pray it was nothing, but we will never truly know until it could possibly be too late. Like I stated, loved the staff and dr.

I had a Surgery Wednesday performed by Dr.Hajovsky. The staff and nurses were professional and informative. I’ve had multiple surgery through the years at other facilities. Park Hille by far is the best professionally and or otherwise.

Doctors, Nurses and Staff are all courteous and very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

This office has the worst communication. We we pre-registered 6 weeks in advance prior to our scheduled surgery & called once or twice a week asking for out of pocket cost so I could budget for the surgery. Every time I called someone said they would send an email to the finance department letting them know I was requesting the information. Not ONCE didnt I get a phone call back nor an email. I was told many times they cannot even see the schedule 2 weeks prior to his surgery. Ok fine...I call 2 weeks out...still nothing. I call a week out...nothing. I get a call today (the day before surgery) & basically I was told our out of pocket that had to be paid prior to his surgery was $5000 with no other payment options. That we could apply for a Care Credit credit card to help cover the costs, and if that didnt work to call back & they would send yet another email to get a "rate" approval to see what they can do. THE DAY BEFORE THE SURGERY. We had to find a sitter, take off of work, call a million times with no response & then left with little options. I make plenty of money that with a little planning this could have easily been taken care of. I am so disappointed in the lack of the communication with the staff here that I cancelled our surgery we had been waiting 6 weeks for. I was then given another hospital name that the surgeon performs at, called same day & within 15 minutes was given the exact amount due upon the day of the surgery without even scheduling an appt so I know it can be done. Highly recommend not using this center for your procedure.

Medical team and service are 5 star. Billing, specifically anesthesia 0 star! Be ware!! they will make you sign an agreement to pay the anesthesia company without telling you how much to expect to pay, whether they will take your insurance or not, or what they will use during procedure. 3 months after the procedure you will receive a "statement" with no details or explanation of services rendered, just a very high amount that won't be accepted by your flexible spending account. My procedure was a slight sedation for 10 minute procedure. Bill was 3 times higher than my anesthesia bill for a full sedated 2 hour procedure at another facility. Of course you have no choice of provider and you have to sign the paperwork basically under duress. The anesthesia company will turn your acct over to a collection agency a month later, just seems like their way of doing business. There are better options out there!

Had surgery on my right ankle here. The staff here is so awesome! Starting at the reception desk to all the peeps in the back. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for surgery. They calmed my nerves and genuinely made sure I was okay. They are patient and truly so kind! I had such a good experience, I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Larson, Nikki, Mitch, and all the others who helped me thanks so much! I hope everyone has as good of an experience as me! 5 STARS! 10/10 would recommend!

Very poor work environment. A select few RNs or CSTs run the place. Even if you do a good job they gossip to management and doctors in order to turn them against you. If you accept the connected staffs abuse with a smile you'll be fine. I had no support in my role from management. I had no direction. I wasn't able to help because certain staff would take responsibility for jobs out from under me and complain that I didn't do anything. The staff write fake reviews for the center. I know this because I did it too in order to ingratiate myself to them. They run the center like a business, because it is. Work as fast as possible with the patients needs taking a back seat. If you want to work in a production line this is your job. Personally I would like to focus on the patients needs, doing a through job and not have the pressure from management to get the next patient in and out ASAP.

At arrival to my appt. no one is at the reception desk . i signed in after a few minutes i rang a bell to let them know of my arrival. Receptionist shows up asked if i signed in . i said yes she than informed me i signed the wrong pad Receptionist did not greet me appeared to be in a bad mood and continue to ask PII information in a loud voice and room full of people. I wanted to walk away but was schedule for surgery. The experience is this clinic was not a good experience. After surgery i was told they would call to check on me the next day . This was not the case . i did not get a call until 2 days later. By than i had resolved my issues in ER .
