Dr. Haug is a caring and thorough doctor who really treats the whole patient. She is our family doctor and has made a tremendous difference for our entire families’ health care needs- A++++.

this was years ago and thought it was over; after a horrible experience with Dr Haug i was stupid enough to try another doctor with HCM and got Dr Forero. everyone else is great for the most part especially oncology in Fredericksburg.

Incompetent doctor. Stay away. My daughter had acute painful sudden aliments & the doctor didn't check her lymph nodes, or test her for a single thing. Just told us it was stress. We demanded bloodwork to which she sarcastically asked what she should order. Bloodwork came in & for 8 days they didn't give them to us until I called and demanded them. Her nurse was beyond condescending even though the bloodwork came back with flags all over it. Taking my child and running far away from them. She as real health concerns so we need to see a real doctor. This is not a real doctor and the staff is just as incompetent. Just wants the paycheck for the office visits. Would give negative stars if possible.

I'd give five starts to the doctor, but the office staff is the least compassionate group of individuals I've ever encountered in any healthcare environment I've ever encountered. I'm currently looking for another physician due to the lack of compassion, empathy, and understanding exhibited by her staff.

I have always found Dr. Haug a caring and knowledgeable physician. She is very personable and takes great care of me. She truly understands my illnesses and treats them in the best possible way. She is the best!

The front staff is and always been rude! They act like they are superior to you. The phone hardly gets answered. While Dr Haug is a decent dr. The fact that she has a choice in her staff defies logic. Why hire rude , do not care attitude staff?.

Staff is always rude, especially the front desk lady. She gives us attitude every time we come in. Dr. Haug also had some passive-aggressive attitude about my child’s choices for vaccinations among other things, like NOT feeding solids at four months because said child was obviously not ready. I could go on but I’m limited to so much in this text box. I wouldn’t even recommend Haug to someone I hated, to show how much I cannot recommend someone to stay away from this one.

I’m new patient with Dr. Haug. She was very professional took the time to get a complete understanding of my health history. Very down to earth.

Made an appointment for my mom with Dr Haug and got in the nextday she was very professional and explained everything to my mom. I would recommend Dr.Haug to anyone who is looking for a good Doctor. Laura Hicks.
