I was seen right away. Nursing staff and doctor were very attentive and thorough and explained everything. I’ve never been there before, but I would certainly go back.

I was a bit hesitant walking into an ER but made the right decision. Nurses were amazing especially Anthony. Thank you!!

Won’t treat non emergency without paying up front

Hands down the worst medical facility I've ever experienced. The staff were rude, confrontational, callous, unsympathetic, and uncaring and treated me as though I was the biggest burden to walk through their doors. I was in the worst pain of my life and they purposely withheld pain medication even after diagnosing me with my condition. No imaging tech was available so I was not able to receive the imaging I needed. They left me in a room with no way to call for help when I needed it, so when I had to get up, I had to disconnect everything myself and walk myself to the bathroom even though I couldn't walk well. Afterwards, I begged the nurse for help back to my room because I was in too much pain to walk, and she blatantly refused, and made me walk alone. Then they forced me to be transported to a hospital I told them I didn't want to go to, and they refused to let me choose or go home AMA. They are cruel, unprofessional and unethical people!

I arrived this place before 2 pm today, all worry and stress because my 2 year old put something inside his nose, and I can believe this place, when I arrived there wasn't anybody at the front desk and this is an Emergency room, I had to call twice the second time I knocked the desk pretty hard, thats when someone showed up who looked annoyed by that, I immediately told him my son got something on his nose, and he behave with zero empathy, with the attitude of another scared mom because her kid got something on his nose, instead of tell us to go to the room to check him, he wanted to know my son's weight (absurd) when he finally got in to the room he still didn't check my son he wanted to ask questions like what pharmacy do we use and the size of the object my son put in his nose, at that time didn't know what my son had, when finally the doctor Thestrup arrived he check my son and told me he didn't saw anything in his nose, that he only saw some snot and that was probably what I saw, and recommended me to make an appointment with an Otolaryngologist (nose specialist) because if he had something inside he could develop and infection and send us home, they charged me $300 for all this bad experience, but I didn't trust them and I went to the MEMORIAL HERMANN at Alvin and EVERYONE in there was very nice and helpful, Doctor Madain and his team removed a tv remote button from my kid's nose in a minute. I would never even look HCA they behave very incompetent.

Everyone was very helpful and diagnosed my husband quickly, administered IV and arranged transportation to the hospital. Very pleased with the service we received

I’ll never go back to the ER at hospital again. I had the best Dr. and nurses ever. They took the best care of me. Such a clean facility. That will definitely be my go to.

Very professional and helpful.

I got great care. However I had a fever of 103 and the chills were off the chart. I could not stop my teeth from chattering the whole time because I was told the room temperature was locked and could not be turned up to help me. The blankets were not doing the job and they were pumping me with cold IV fluids. I recommend the Drs and nurses highly and I will utilize again but come prepared with a heavy coat!!
