Amazing staff. Very kind and understanding. They work hard on finding as many discounts as available and works well together when explaining various treatment options. Med ing they not afraid to say they are not sure and quickly ask a more experienced staff or RN to explain. Meredith is my one and only. She's amazing. Very kind, funny and takes her time, while managing to stay on schedule. She has great technique and is consistent. She takes her time and makes sure I'm comfortable, as I've been nervous during some of my treatments. Highly recommend Baybrook location and Meredith

Staff is very friendly and puts their customers needs first. Meredith is a wonderful. Provided me I other all information I needed for pre and post treatment as well as is sure to check on you throughout treatment. I can’t wait for my next appointment with them.

The confidence that I leave with after an appointment with Meredith or Kristen is unmatched. I am beyond grateful to these two nurses. Kristen’s extensive knowledge on every treatment alleviates all nerves. She guides me through every treatment sharing the process and does frequent check ins on my comfort. It makes me feel as if I have a personal cheerleader wanting me to feel nothing short of the best I can. I had xeomin done this most recent visit. It begun to take an effect 2-3 days after leaving, smoothing my fine lines for Christmas. I went into the Holidays & New Years, looking and feeling my best! Thank you so very much to the nurses of Baybrook!! Kristen and Meredith - thank you for all that you have done for me and your other patients.
