Your sick or want to make an appointment with the Doc or an nurse not happening today or tomorrow or a week. You first get a recording no live answer at all because office staff no longer answers the phone you get a recording that says it can take up to 16 business days hours and weekends and holidays don't count

I bet I would give 5 stars to Dr.Minigutti if I could get an appointment with him with ease.... I am trying to get an appt but it is not possible to talk to a humanbeing!!! I left a message 3 days ago, it was returned today but I couldn't pick it up as I was in a meeting at work. Then I called back since we can't talk to a human it goes back to the same circus of leaving message and wait for another `16 hours for someone to call back. What a stupid service!?!

After reading so many negative reviews I feel compelled to write my own review.Dr Minigutti saved my life. I walked over a year ago and was in such an unhealthy and bad way. I have only received the best care from every single person in this practice. They have two locations and I have zero complaints. Thank you Dr. Minigutti and all the staff for taking such good care of me.

Andrew Minigutti may very well be a fine doctor, but unfortunately we may never know for sure. You see, my wife was unable to keep her 2:30 PM appointment today because I followed the Google directions for his Frisco office that led us to a dentist's office in the Colony rather than the doctor's office in Frisco. Because of this we drove an 80 mile round trip for nothing. You might want to have your IT people check this out before you lose any more potential patients?

Dr. Minigutti and his staff are excellent health care professionals. My husband and I travel five hours for our appointments. We never feel rushed. He takes time to listen and respond. Can’t say enough good things about him!
