I've had a fantastic time time with the staff and other patients.The people connect more than any other place I've previously been too. Everyone polite and respectful of each other. I dearly miss this place and the memories that I still treasure. This place and staff are always gonna have my support. Thank you for the recovery and great times.

My family and I are so grateful to Dr. Spicer, Dr. Ali, Ellen and most importantly the physical therapists especially Cheryl and occupational therapist Patty for their patience, guidance and support in getting my mom through her initial recovery phase after surgery. I cannot believe the progress she made during the brief time she was there. We can’t thank you enough for all that you do!! Cheryl/ Patty my mom is eternally grateful for all your support. THANK YOU!! 🙏🏻

I would like to thank Ms Alfrica and Ms Linda for motivation to listen and learn and for being so supportive during my stay. Also would like to commend Devin and Connie and Carissa/ Staff for getting me where I am today in outpatient care from inpatient care

Kristen the front desk lady was awfully rude, my family and I our having a conversation in the waiting room of things we dislike about the place, and she rudely interrupted saying we can leave if we don’t like it . That isn’t very personal for a employee especially for Baylor Scott

Was nearly rear ended by their van driver going 90 mph on 121. Driving extremely recklessly and cutting off traffic. Called the office manager who took down my information but could not guarantee that she was going to do anything about it.

Every staff member is extremely aggressive, especially Alexis as well as the security staff! Total unacceptable behavior! I will be posting the video of theit aggressive behavior all over social media! Bob we will definitely be reaching out to you as well as the CEO Ryan Seymour
