I was seen in the ER on Sunday afternoon for elevated blood pressure. I was brought in promptly, and well-taken care of. The staff was courteous, compassionate, and communicated well every step of the way. This is the first time I have used this ER, and I highly recommend Baylor Frisco on Warren Parkway.

Everyone was amazing and thoughtful. Keisha my intake nurse was so friendly and made me feel at home. Savanah did an awesome job putting in my iv line.My anesthesiologist Zach was very through about the process and put me at ease. My scurb nurse Roberta was thoughtful and kind getting me ready. My recovery nurse Lisa was helpful and meet my every need to help me feel comfort after the surgery. My discharge nurse Ralitza made my day with her stories and helping me get ready to leave. Also like how she went out of her way to show my husband were to pick me up.This hospital is not only a well oiled machine but a place that helps make patients feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. It show that everyone not only loves their jobs but enjoys working with each other.

Went in thinking i had the flu and strep throat. Turns out it is covid and strep. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Nurse that took care of me, Tony, explained all of the paperwork to me. Dr. Brockman went over the diagnosis, answered all questions, and was very kind. Wonderful care. Thanks Baylor Frisco!

Surgery started as scheduled. Staff was able to answer my questions. It was clean which is a good thing being a hospital. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially with covid. Great experience.

Had a great experience at the ER on Christmas Day. Dr. Arai and Tony took great care of me. They were quick and efficient and I felt completely at ease with my care. I was in and out in less than an hour!
