The receptionist is very cold and doesn’t really make eye contact. Once I finally got in after over an hour wait, I waited again in the examination room, a long time, to see someone. She finally came in and was very pleasant. She took my vitals and said the doctor will be in soon. But of course it wasn’t “soon.” Next, a lady introducing herself as the nurse practitioner came in. She was very pleasant and sweet. She took notes on my condition and said she’d call the doctor, who was her senior for final examination. Again, more waiting. Once the doctor was in, he was very thorough and had a good bedside manner. But honestly, fix the receptionist’s attitude and the wait time and this place would be 5 stars.

It sucked! I was called to go there at 11:20. Got there and they let me wait for an hour outside and another 45 minutes inside just to be seen for 2 minutes and give a stupid diagnostic that I know I don’t have, since I had this sore throat for 8 weeks. And I don’t have any nasal drainage, but he said it was a sinus infection. But my sinuses are ok.

Very positive experience with Dr. Hester, Xray tech & all staff for my visit today for elbow pain. Our family has used this CareNow location for years & have never had a bad experience. Excellent care & would highly recommend.

This has to be the slowest place. They tell you to hurry up and wait. I could of had lunch and came back and still been waiting. Funny thing about it was the only one in the lobby.

Very pleased with entire experience. Front desk was friendly and efficient. So were medical assistant and physician. I recommend for everyone in need of the same day appointment. And I will be back, because it is so much easier to get help than my family physicians office which is always hard to schedule.
