The CareNow team took great care of me. The receptionist Hannah, nurse Max and Dr. Lum took great care of me and made sure my concerns were understood. Dr. Lum was exceptional in going over my discharge papers with great care. He is a very knowledgeable doc and I wished he was my regular primary care doctor back home as he is very thorough. Thank you for your care and keep up the good work, will be back next time if I do get sick. All of you were polite and friendly.

I am giving CareNow a rating of 5 because they were comprehensive in reviewing my symptoms. The doctor and nurses were very nice and listened to all of my concerns. I would definitely go back if need be.

My first visit was great. Friendly staff, comfortable office, efficient. My second visit (scheduled follow up appointment) was fine except for the long wait times both in the waiting room and exam room.
