Terrible experience with ccrm and noorhassan. Do not recommend. They operate like a factory, and do not provide individualized care. Noorhassan didn’t even review my chart prior to my follow up appointment and got my age wrong. I had to correct her twice.

ChatGPT recommended them for having high success rates and for people who previously had the process fail. I could not be happier with them!! The staff is so nice and understanding the make me feel like family! Jordan is amazing at communicating and just making you feel like she genuinely cares about you and your process! Dr noorhssan is the nicest sweetest doctor! Makes me feel comfortable and heard. She speaks very honest and give very realistic expectations but so sweet and understanding in her delivery. I couldn’t have chosen a better fertility clinic. Would recommend 100%!

My wife and I are currently going through reciprocal IVF (RIVF) at CCRM Fertility in Frisco, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dorette Noorhasan and the entire team. From our very first appointment to today’s egg retrieval, every nurse, tech, and staff member has shown us kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. As a lesbian couple, having a clinic that truly sees and supports us in this deeply personal journey means more than words can express. Dr. Noorhasan is an absolute angel- thorough, caring, and deeply knowledgeable. We trust her completely with something as monumental as the potential life of our future children. Her dedication is beyond anything we expected; she even worked with us on her birthday, which speaks volumes about her commitment and heart. Today’s retrieval felt nothing short of a miracle. She exceeded our wildest hopes with the number of eggs she retrieved, and we left feeling so grateful, so hopeful, and so certain we made the right choice in choosing CCRM Frisco. To Dr. Noorhasan and the entire CCRM team thank you for honoring our story, celebrating our journey, and helping us build the family we’ve always dreamed of. We are forever thankful to have you on this path with us.

Fat people beware they are prejudiced against us. CCRM will not work with anyone over a certain BMI and says it’s for health as though they know no medical truth except the fat phobic rhetoric of America as truth. I spent an on the intro appointment, Then the NP brings up at the very end my BMI was “higher than their cut off of 39” and that they would expect me to lose 40 pounds before they would work with me. Mic drop. As though it’s healthy to lose 40 pounds fast before trying to get pregnant. As though the decades of weight gain / loss hadn’t already been bad on my bone density. As though I would work with a clinic who thinks my body size is a risk? What terrible humans. FAT PEOPLE DO NOT HARM YOUR EMOTIONAL HEALTH BY GOING HERE. Other IVF clinics handle weight with normal extra protocols and don’t make you feel like your existence in the world is a con. I hope CCRM reads some actual science one day to keep their medical knowledge up to date.

I went through 3 rounds of egg freezing with CCRM and they are 100% magical. The entire staff is so kind, I would actually look forward to going to my appointments! I don't enjoy needles and the nurses were so compassionate and great when they had to draw blood. Dr. Noorhasan is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. All of my questions were welcomed. They do an excellent job with communication. I would absolutely recommend CCRM for fertility treatments! I am going to miss them... Words I never thought I would say at a doctor's office!

I was nervous about starting the egg freezing process, but this clinic made me feel safe and supported every step of the way, from the kind staff and skilled nurses who drew my blood with little to no discomfort and performed ultrasounds, to the short wait times, quick patient portal responses, and clear instructional videos that made the process easy to follow. The helpful medication calendar, compassionate care, and the consistent empathy of the entire team have made my experience so positive that I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering fertility care.

From our first consultation, Dr. Noorhasan showed genuine compassion, deep expertise, and patience in explaining every step of our journey. She tailored a treatment plan that made us feel confident and cared for. The nursing staff and front office team were always professional, kind, and responsive. Infertility is an incredibly difficult journey for couples, but they treated us with kindness and respect, and it felt like everyone in the office was cheering us on. I'll never forget the moment I heard my child's heartbeat for the first time during an ultrasound check - the nurses cried with me! If that doesn't speak to the care and support of this team, I don't know what does. I can't recommend CCRM enough!!
